Adi came to service a problem with my oven door. All fixed in no time. He took extra time, removing & cleaning between two glass doors where grease builds up and not able to get to. So happy with end result. Clean, precise and 'no waste timers'. Sure to call him again for any whitegood repairs or issues.

been resolved the same day or within the week. This is such a refreshing change compared to another provider I’ve had to use for a warranty repair, which has dragged on for months with no resolution. Arrive on Time are always reliable, efficient, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Fabulous service by Parag – Great customer service. Parag rang 30 minutes before arriving right on time ,and was polite, also extremely knowledgeable having my dishwasher fixed in a short period of time. I would definitely use this company again….
Incompetent or Decietful – Technician arrived to look at my dishwasher. Was on premises for less than 10 minutes, stated the motherboard was fried and nothing could be done as the part can't be replaced due to the age of the machine. Waste of time, waste of money.
Poor washing machine repair capabilities – I called the 'Arrive on Time' and had an appointment to repair my washing machine (spin out slot not working, but washes well) was canceled by them initially. (Their fee was a call-out charge plus half an hour service of $157 and additional for parts.) They arranged another day, today (30 Aug). The technician was guessing that the motor is not… Read more
functioning properly though it washes well, but doesn't spin. He could not repair it at all, but instead charged me a $157 call-out fee for the unrepaired washing machine, which is unfair. Please be aware of technicians' capabilities of the 'Arrive On Time's to lose money for no service.
So, 'Arrive On Time' is not recommended for not employing/contracting capable technicians.
Great prompt service – This was the second time I have called for help. First for a 15yo washing machine where Mick quickly ascertained the problem and advised that repair plus parts would almost equal a new machine. Even looked up EOFY sales with suggestions and prices. More recently he fixed my Meile Dishwasher. On time, efficient, friendly and fair price, knows his job. Could not recommend more highly. Thanks Mick
A top service – We have a 17- year - old Miele front loader that is nearing its use by date and once again contacted Arrive on Time as the water was not draining from the machine, Sijo fixed the problem knowledgeably and efficiently all within 30 minutes and we were extremely happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company for its commitment to excellence and reliability!
Fabulous service by Shaun & Kip – From my first phone call with Tracey through to Shaun the senior technician the service provided was informative, prompt and most helpful. Shaun and Kip arrived on Saturday to repair our F & P dishwasher and their professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend Arrive on Time appliance repairs their attention to detail was fabulous.
Rude and Poor customer service – Fridge was not fixed and attitude was very rude and arrogant especially when came for his payment. Great service from Sijo! – Sijo did an excellent job restoring our oven. He was very knowlegable and explained everything clearly to ensure we understood what he was doing before undertaking the work.

Arrive on Time Appliance Repairs Poor Technical Knowledge – My 12 year old SMEG oven stopped working. Arrive On Time Appliance repairs sent a technician ($149 call out fee) who was unable to diagnose or find the problem and wanted to take the unit away for a full inspection. Recommended parts to be replaced Later I had an airtasker technician was able to repair the unit in minutes ( no parts required) and only charged $50
I didn't think the serviceman was a good as he did – Found this company online, booked for fridge repair the following day, very professional on the phone, explained the fees and told Peter would be my serviceman and I would get a call half an hour before arrival. fridge into the warehouse to repair, when I questioned the need to do this, he said it's not worth fixing, buy a new one! He spent the next 10 minutes telling me how experienced he was. I phoned the office today as I was still waiting for a receipt promised 96 hours earlier and was concerned about his diagnosis of the problem and desire to take my fridge off the property, and spoke to Alison who said Peter often brings fridges into the warehouse to repair and he was in fact their only serviceman. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he didn't know anything about fridges, nor did Alison, but would pass on my message and he would contact me. So far, no contact. Peter may have been correct in that my fridge wasn't worth fixing, but it was until I questioned the need to remove it from my property that his opinion altered.
