I am not expecting any issues. When a small error is observed, they were quick to respond and correct.

Excellent product delivered on time – The whole team are proficient and very neat we are extremely happy with their work They make sure all surfaces around widows are covered with mats and sheets and they clean up any mess

Another Company that can’t be bothered responding – I firstly fIlled out the contact form which wouldn’t submit online so rang Art Windows to advise of this and to arrange for a quote. I was advised on the phone to send an email which I did . No response received- no matter how good the reviews this is just unsatisfactory customer service.

others. The profiles used is German and constructed in Melbourne, unlike some which are imported, fully fabricated, overseas. The installation was executed fastidiously by Mirek. As an example of their care, after my windows had been installed I noticed a white mark between the double glazing layers which had been caused by the glaziers ( I think they had left some glue inside which had turned white and was in the line of sight looking outside). When I mentioned this to Art Windows they didn’t question it or even want to inspect it. Their response was “if you’re not happy we will replace it”. which is exactly what they did two weeks later. You can’t ask for more. Thank you everyone there. I have recommended them to others.

for many years, the windows have reduced the road noise to a mere hum and due to the insulating properties of the double glazing we enjoy the retained warmth.

They have an extensive showroom which highlights the quality of the product.

I would also like to point out that we undertook due diligence and looked at a number of businesses in this industry.

We avoided the high pressure sales tactics (which also attracts extravagant quoting).
