Local art supplier - well packaged goods, great price, shipped with love – Bought some copics here - 12 pack of cool greys. Cheaper than what I could find elsewhere, so I thought I'd get some extra things (cutting mat, craft knife). The items were shipped quickly and trackable, and they were packaged "with love" in cardboard to ensure they stayed safe in transit. I received some free gel pens as a Christmas present, some candy, and a Christmas card. You can tell this is a local business that treats its customers with love. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Excellent customer service – I have ordered from this business many times and cannot fault the products or the customer service. My orders arrive in a timely manner and are always safely packaged. I have used the lay-by facility a number of times for items I don't require immediately. I am impressed that this business supports the Professor Morris Cancer Research Fund. An honest and reliable business which I highly recommend, without reservation.

Excellent customer care and supplies – I found this little business to be a great source of all things crafty, including baking supplies which came as a surprise. Their customer service is excellent. They have an extensive range of goods and my purchase was very well packaged for posting. The personal touch in the packing was delightful. I would highly recommend supporting this local Aussie business.

Nice supplies shop with excellent service – I recently ordered some copic markers from this shop and was pleased with the cheap prices. While the processing and shipping took longer than expected, I was happy with the service and care taken with packaging. A very good small business to support.
