Serious hazard and non existent customer service – Absolutely terrible product and customer service. Bought the BBQ in Jan 2024 and only used it a few times before winter. Covered it and brought it out again for school holidays in September and while cooking started to smell an odd chemical burning smell. Turned the BBQ off, and looked under it to find the PVC connection hose to the gas tank had caught fire from where it goes through on the BBQ causing catastrophic damage to the unit. We were lucky we stopped it when we did as it could have resulted in the tank exploding.

If that wasn't bad enough, I put in a warranty claim straight away and it took several weeks before we got someone out to look at it. Since then, I'm still waiting to hear back on what the next steps are. It's been 2 months of nothing from the manufacturer even though the 3rd party servicing company has been following up with them weekly on the claim. Will never buy an Artusi product again.
