Wow. I actually don't think there are words bad enough that I can legally say about the abusive customer service staff. Shocking, atrocious, arrogant and basically full of themselves is an understatement.

Do not go with this company. They would be the last company I would go to, and I would even pay more to another company than go with them. Outrageous and disgusting behaviour and the company needs to send them to do a Customer Service course or sack them.

Giving them a 1 star is being incredibly generous. They should have a minus scale.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ MONEY – NEVER used this company before...NEVER will again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ MONEY! ASAP Glass well advertised and "experienced" company. Another disappointing big company in the game. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Customer service. Was given a shower screen installation window of 2 hours. The Glazier should have been with me between 10-12pm and was meant to call when he was on the way. Great, i can plan my day around that.

Cutting a long story very short... He didn't show. As i am writing this review it is now 14:15pm. He is well over 2 hours late. No updates with an ETA. I have spoken with one of the team members in the office multiple times for an ETA and each time was told he is running behind or stuck in traffic on his way should be with me in half hour. No show. My husband called and spoke to another lady in the office who said he was just finishing another job in our area and he will be arriving with us after that. So basically i had been lied to multiple times earlier in the day. UNACCEPTABLE!

I had plans and other appointments for the day which i had to cancel. I was not even angry at the fact he was running so late it was more the fact that i was not given this information without me calling the office multiple times. Plus the fact that i was lied to on each Occassion so had no way to plan around the ETA! Some other companies i have dealt with manage to get the driver to send a text with an up to date ETA especially if they are running behind.... This would have been so helpful for me to manage my time more productively. It appears that some of these big companies have NO RESPECT for their customers time!

Update - the installers arrived at 3pm, they fit the shower frame and them came to tell us our doors have been cut wrong, would have to be resized and therefore another day to schedule installation… WHAT A JOKE of a company!

Update 2- a different Installer came back to fit the doors 2 days later… He fit them and was about to leave when my husband noticed they were scraping at the bottom. Then the installer said the frame was installed wrong so the original doors would have been right! Needless to say… I got him to remove the whole thing! Now all of a sudden the guy from complaints department can not be contacted and will not get back to me. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ MONEY on this company.
