Drive done and didn’t follow council specs – we organised ASAP to do our driveway and council applications. Neither was follow they just poured without any inspections. It took 9 months for them to rectify and pull driveway up as it was there problem. We had to involve Qbcc to get this sorted. Originally Brooke refused to get any work done and thought it was all council specs. There problem creates flooding with our garage and issues with water flow. Only reason it was rectified was due to me taking it further. They didn’t even show up to Qbcc meeting and had to be called during meeting. During the fix up I still had to watch everything they did and be at all inspections. Even the council and contractor complained about the way ASAP handle situations and the way in which they are spoken to by Brooke. Horrible communication by all asap staff and very incompetent. Stay away from them. They are huge NO NO .

ASAP Exceeds Expectations – ASAP has completed a large outdoor roof extension for us and we have been very pleased with the advice, service, workmanship and attention to detail provided to us at a competitive price. Everyone we interacted with has displayed the same professional, positive demeanour. We are grateful to the whole ASAP team.

Timber deck and observed workmanship – I have had ASAP build my back deck onto my new home. The job is A1 and perfect. I have seen many decks in my trade as a timber pest inspector so I believe I have a excellent product. The price was spot on and the attention to detail was fantastic- joins sanded perfect, deck is level and made from the highest quality boards and framing. I would absolutely recommend (and have) them to others. Happy to send photos to anyone who would like to see the progress.

Built Fence over boundary of property. Refused to fix – I have tried for months to have this company fix the problem of building my fence over the boundary without success. Previously I had to ask then to come back and fix the timber panels which were lifting. They also exceeded the boundary on the other side of the property and claimed it was because of an underground pipe being in the way of the alignment. I checked this with Council and all services and there is no pipe in the way. Just an excuse to cover for a badly aligned fence.

Now the fence on the other side is proved to be encroaching on my neighbours property and after months of talking to the company about it they refuse to fix the problem which they caused. No responsibility accepted despite clear evidence of a faulty alignment. Just don't want to know.

I am now forced to take legal action to force them to fix their error poor quality work.

I do not and cannot recommend this company to anybody who wants both quality works and responsibility taken for their fundamental and basic errors. Photographs of their faulty work available if requested.

Further Development on this post: My neighbour recently took me to QCAT for an Order to rectify both the quality and positioning of the fence these clowns at Asap built. Their refusal to repair the obvious faults in the alignment has now cost me another $1500. Again I warn any and all not to use this poor excuse for a building/fencing company. A disgrace.

Because of this company's total incompetence and negligence, it has now cost me an additional $1600 to rectify the problem they caused and refused to fix. My advice to anybody thinking about employing them to do anything is to think again. They are a disgrace.
