The team that installed the magnetite windows in both bedrooms arrived at the arranged time and installed the product efficiently. bathroom within days and got everything ordered shortly after. They came back with the new door a week later, but unfortunately the glass they ordered was manufactured incorrectly by the glassmaker (they had a stern talk with the glassmaker on the phone in front of me), but bumped me up the list and got it fixed within a few days. Their persistent lies and excuses in finishing the job are quite frustrating. They say they have restored the roof, but managed miss the cracked and chipped tiles, my new gutters were all damaged and still require repair. Their tradesmen had me intimidated with text messages, and I can't prove it, but obvious, threw a brick onto my roof that made a hudge hole.They've stained my path, ruined my lawn, and now its rained, noticed color running off the roof and through the faulty gutters. We signed up in March 2025 and were led to believe in the normal scheme of things we would have handover at the end of March 2026, however mainly due to a delay in the double-glazed windows and door arriving from overseas (due to a change in government policy making them mandatory and not just an option on new builds) we took possession some 6 weeks later in mid May 2026. Shoutout to Paul and Ben and Jason and all the other Classic seniors and office staff we dealt with. seven-month ordeal filled with delays, poor communication, repeated mistakes, and ongoing inconvenience.

The company had to return to our property three separate times to rectify issues that should never have occurred in the first place. At one stage, our handles were apparently given to another customer, and we were not proactively informed about this. Communication throughout the process was poor, with constant chasing required for updates and resolutions.

The repeated rectification visits resulted in significant disruption and multiple days off work on my behalf simply to facilitate errors caused by the company. This created unnecessary financial loss, frustration, and stress throughout the entire project.

While the final product is now satisfactory and the job was eventually completed, the process to get there was completely unacceptable. The quality control, scheduling, organisation, and customer communication were all well below expectations for a project of this scale and cost.

Unfortunately, despite the final completion of the works, the overall experience left a very negative lasting impression and I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

communication gap between the office and the technicians. I was promised a service window between 8 and 12 which didn’t happen. My impression is that the office over promises and doesn’t fully communicate with their people in the field. That’s why i didn’t give 5 stars, nothing to do with Jacob.

it was all a front! After over promising on a delivery date, then changing that goalpost after a deposit was paid and then under delivering on a date until I chased them up, due to family ill health I cancelled the delayed installation.

They refused to give me back my deposit - and kept it despite doing little but a few calls and emails! I am now taking legal action. So very sad to see an Australian business behave in this way!

forceful, arrogant and a liar. He takes ‘allowances’ for extra trades saying he will refund that money if not used - he then refuses to do so. Once he has your money - which has to be paid in full before the job starts (isn’t that illegal?) he won’t respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. We ended up taking him to DBDRV to get our money back - he treated them as poorly as he treated us. If you need a wardrobe you will get a reasonable end result from this company but make sure you have no dealings with Peter!

you trust the design capabilities of the company you choose and that they have the skills and attention to detail that’s needed.

This is the greatest lesson I've learned after undertaking 3rd kitchen renovations.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend finding an alternative to Pool Fab / Ecozen if you are looking to install a new pool. All downhill rapidly after the design stage… Read more

and Contract signing, to the point we cancelled the contract. The designer left the business and his replacement (s) had no clue what they were doing.

Points to note:

1.They sent an "Architect" to site who designed and listed the Tile amounts and sizes, which did not work in with the Pool Coping, and could not be cut to suit without chipping the edges of the rebated tiles due to these being stone. In addition, gave us the list and told us we have to place the order and delivery with the Supplier, and to make things even worse, made no allowance for wasteage / cuts for the poor tiler who had to ensure he got everything spot in first time.

2. Called me at work to come to site and check the excavation and set up by the concreters was correct (It wasn't and the went ahead anyway leaving us with a pool shell 150mm short at one side, finished too high and 40-50mm out of parallel with the rear elevation of the house, which resulted in having to cancel the Tiles in that area and install conrete to hide it).

3. Left cut, exposed and untreated Reo Bar ends visible through the concrete shell and were about to spray the surface finish straight over until I pointed out this was a defect and would be an issue down the track.

4. Tried to hit us with a ridiculously high Variation Cost (approximately 33% of the orignal quote) which they couldn't justify and got up set when I asked for a breakdown, and simply sent an email for the amounts broken into 1 x Labour and 1 x Material amounts.

5. Provided no warranty for the Spa bubbler blower, which failed after just over a year and ignored all calls and emails to discuss.

6. Left Tile Grout / Pool Render / Concrete in the Spa and Filter outlets, whch blocked some of them, in addition to the same materials being left uncleaned on the pool surface and steps.

7. Constructed the Wall for the Waterfall Feature and simply left the rear of it as unfinished concrete blockwork with no attempt to even make the poining uniform or tidy.

8. Provided a "Handover Process" of simply telling us everything was good to go and handing us manuals.

9. Provided no after sales service for the issues we came across and again failed to respond to any contact.

Engage at your own risk, as once that contract is signed they simply want in and out asap with the money, and we are now left engaging competent trades to try and rectify and finish the mess they created.
