issues take 4 weeks to respond to. I ordered in good faith that I would have a quality product. Glazing panels missing take 3 weeks to deliver. I have them boarded up with ply and it's raining. This is now holding up my site and costing me money. Customer service is useless. A manager was supposed to get back to me and I will still waiting. NEVER AGAIN.

They came back with the new door a week later, but unfortunately the glass they ordered was manufactured incorrectly by the glassmaker (they had a stern talk with the glassmaker on the phone in front of me), but bumped me up the list and got it fixed within a few days. Everything looks great now.

We signed up in March 2025 and were led to believe in the normal scheme of things we would have handover at the end of March 2026, however mainly due to a delay in the double-glazed windows and door arriving from overseas (due to a change in government policy making them mandatory and not just an option on new builds) we took possession some 6 weeks later in mid May 2026. Shoutout to Paul and Ben and Jason and all the other Classic seniors and office staff we dealt with. rating. They were bad windows and I started doing my homework. Ecostar's windows came from England where it is cold. I read through everything and looked at everyone. I read through everything and I thought these are expensive. I was going through it again and if I liked Ecostar's facebook page I got a discount.

I ordered the front bedroom, the lounge room, the side lounge, the kitchen and the big sliding door. We did it on an interest free payment plan.

We wanted to keep the heat in and reduce the sound.

Our house used to get down to 7 degrees in the morning in the winter and now the lowest it gets to is 13 or 14 degrees. It's a big difference. It's a lot different.

The installers were great. Nice guys. They have come back and fixed numerous things. They came in and saw what they are going to do and did it. Good to talk to. The installers were Aussies and they had it all done within the day. I was astonished at how they took out the old windows.

it was all a front! After over promising on a delivery date, then changing that goalpost after a deposit was paid and then under delivering on a date until I chased them up, due to family ill health I cancelled the delayed installation.

They refused to give me back my deposit - and kept it despite doing little but a few calls and emails! I am now taking legal action. So very sad to see an Australian business behave in this way!

forceful, arrogant and a liar. He takes ‘allowances’ for extra trades saying he will refund that money if not used - he then refuses to do so. Once he has your money - which has to be paid in full before the job starts (isn’t that illegal?) he won’t respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. We ended up taking him to DBDRV to get our money back - he treated them as poorly as he treated us. If you need a wardrobe you will get a reasonable end result from this company but make sure you have no dealings with Peter!

This is the greatest lesson I've learned after undertaking 3rd kitchen renovations.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

Amazing install from start to finish dean was an absolute superstar throughout the entire install will recommend to anyone else that wants a home lift 10/10
