He is an absolute gentleman and delight to work with. We are absolutely delighted either way the end result in both the bathroom and laundry. We would like to also thank Luke (Scope Project Manager) for his patience, flexibility, calm nature and commitment to helping us get them both installed. We had to work with so many different trades and moving timeframes. There were a few hiccups along the journey but each and every one of them was fixed, resolved without an issue. product for an extended installation date was happily met. Office staff were friendly and professional in all communications. The team that installed the magnetite windows in both bedrooms arrived at the arranged time and installed the product efficiently. The need to install new blind roller fittings was part of this process. They took pride in their workmanship. The Magnetite windows have reduced traffic noise significantly and sleep quality has improved beyond our expectations.

Had Nick from Grout Pro regrout and seal our showers. Hard worker, thorough, and courteous. Very happy with the work. Already recommended him to a family member. Will have him back again anytime.

bathroom within days and got everything ordered shortly after. They came back with the new door a week later, but unfortunately the glass they ordered was manufactured incorrectly by the glassmaker (they had a stern talk with the glassmaker on the phone in front of me), but bumped me up the list and got it fixed within a few days. Everything looks great now.

The whole process was very simple and love the opportunities to get discounts. The roof has a new lease on life and the temperature in the house is so much better. Ash was always on time and answered any questions.

maintained good communications throughout on what I should expect from go to whoa. We signed up in March 2025 and were led to believe in the normal scheme of things we would have handover at the end of March 2026, however mainly due to a delay in the double-glazed windows and door arriving from overseas (due to a change in government policy making them mandatory and not just an option on new builds) we took possession some 6 weeks later in mid May 2026. Shoutout to Paul and Ben and Jason and all the other Classic seniors and office staff we dealt with. seven-month ordeal filled with delays, poor communication, repeated mistakes, and ongoing inconvenience.

The company had to return to our property three separate times to rectify issues that should never have occurred in the first place. At one stage, our handles were apparently given to another customer, and we were not proactively informed about this. Communication throughout the process was poor, with constant chasing required for updates and resolutions.

The repeated rectification visits resulted in significant disruption and multiple days off work on my behalf simply to facilitate errors caused by the company. This created unnecessary financial loss, frustration, and stress throughout the entire project.

While the final product is now satisfactory and the job was eventually completed, the process to get there was completely unacceptable. The quality control, scheduling, organisation, and customer communication were all well below expectations for a project of this scale and cost.

Unfortunately, despite the final completion of the works, the overall experience left a very negative lasting impression and I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

that before signing anything have a good look at the plans. I don't think that any building professional would suggest putting a studio/cubby/cabana on wood offcuts as suitable piering - Aarons said that's normal, and indeed it's all of their photos. After a 5 week delay the builders (2 of them) turned up from Victoria (I'm in NSW) with their truck full of material. One person started the process, whilst the other dropped the other stuff on the truck to the other sites. The builder was looking forward to his overseas holidays in 3 days. The finished product showed it. The roof wasn't supported, gaps in the walls, crooked walls - all in all about 15 defects. After much to-ing and fro-ing with Aarons (supported by pictures from me), they would arrange for someone to come fix it. Again we had to wait for another delivery drop to NSW before it would happen. 3 weeks later the handyman came, fixed what he could and left. It was to a level where we could hire a real builder to fix it - no-one would touch it until then - they didn't want to get blamed for the base problems.

I wouldn't recommend Aaron's for an outdoor building - find a local builder. It makes more sense.

12 months now. JLG have not met one ECD of about 4 agreed to. We are now on our 3rd supervisor and once again can’t contact the latest one. I can’t empathise enough the grief they have caused us over the last 14 months or so and still no end in sight unfortunately. The QLD state manager told us back in February that he would investigate and sort it out soonest. Still not completed in mid May.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat.
