regarding associated trades. This is evidently common practice with these people We were annoyed, flabbergasted and. just astounded.at their incompetence. And evidently after. speaking with many tradesmen and. past employees this is how they role.!!! They never tried to rectify ANY situation just deny, deny! Never ever again... No, you didn't meet any professional business standards. They gave us a full refund as they were unable to deliver a relatively simple outdoor. kitchen . SHOCKERS !!!!!
I hate the haggling this company has. Get quoted double than what they can really do it for. Then they ring the manager for lower price approval. Like honestly stop wasting everyone's time and just offer your best price!!
Overpriced and poor quality – Overpriced and poor quality. I have enquirerd few times about the messures you have took and you insisted to take whole amount from your overpriced quotation.because u took the deposit on the first day i was stuck. I will personally make sure I will pass on this story and make people aware what kind of business you are. Had an outdoor kitchen installed and from the very first phone call our experience was excellent. My husband had trouble with the draws and spoke to Mo who after they both had a good laugh was able to tell him how to fix this issue. I was not happy with the positioning of the conduit and I did explain this to installer and his response was that’s the least of your worries. I emphasized with the chap who measured the blinds where I wanted the conduits and they were installed in the opposite location Show 4 replies
What a transformation - can’t believe the impact of having these sealed, insect proof patio blinds installed on our patio. 2nd Patio/Carport installed by AOL Perth. We are very happy with the end result and the installers on the day, same ones that installed our 1st Patio. They take great care to ensure a quality build. One of the most professional companies I have dealt with. Bought our blinds mostly for the Western sun but the amount of rain they keep out due to the quality is exceptional. Has transformed out outdoor area. Our last lot of blinds didn't block out anywhere near the elements as these do. Show reply

house for the person to do the measure. Just after 4pm I rang and asked if the person was going to come. The lady on the phone investigated and found that the person who was supposed to attend was off sick and the system failed to notify me that he wasn't going to attend. Needless to say I was not impressed as I had waited all day, and basically it was a waste of a day for me. When the next person came to check measure, it was done efficiently and effectively. He also advised that because it was a bathroom, the shutter had to be a remote one. We had ordered a battery operated one. In the end the shutter was installed with no issues and the cost difference between the remotely operated one and the battery was absorbed by the company. {Probably as it should be considering the check measure episode}
Follow-up · The remote shutter is great, and the father/daughter team installers are the best. There were no issues with the after sales support as the shutter continues to work well.

Follow-up · Drainage is fine It does det hot, so wear something on your feet Pets are not sure. Our granddaughter is also not sure. We love it.

I have had my roller shutters nine months now and they have been fantastic. They add to the visual appeal of the house and they insulate against noise and temperature very effectively. instead of five, was that I experienced a complete "fob-off" by the Production Manager when I tried to obtain after-sales service. He simply didn't want to know and other than trying to have me fix it myself, didn't seem to want to help at all. I would still recommend Australian Outdoor Living for roller shutters but I would warn potential buyers not to expect too much if they need help after installation.

Look I have to commend them on their sales 10 out of 10 when calling back for sales...but if u r wanting these shutters for sound reduction..DO NOT bother they do NOT work ...and when you call to get someone to come out to check if the right shutters were installed.....no call backs or any one to call you back nothing but crickets...infact 3… Read more

couldn’t answer all my questions I left with the promise of a call back with the answers to never hearing again from them. I again called to speak to this sales person again to be told he will call back I gave up calling to chase these hopeless sales staff.
