TOTAL SCAM I had my lawn done by AOL a couple of years back. Within weeks there were sunken patches. I called multiple times, never get a call back. discovered they had never capped the retic (that I had paid extra for them to do!!) and that’s why I had sunken patches as the retic was still going off under my lawn!! Don’t fall for their lies of fake warranties and superior quality. They’re more expensive than competitors, subject you to high pressure sales tactics and do the whole fake phone call to the boss to get you a ‘discount’. Salesman will claim he used to be a school teacher so you should trust him. Don’t fall for it! Wish I had done the research first.
Excellent service all round. We had an artificial lawn installed on our balcony and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. What was initially a fairly uninteresting balcony is now a lovely mini backyard for us and our cats. Show reply

Had an outdoor kitchen installed and from the very first phone call our experience was excellent. My husband had trouble with the draws and spoke to Mo who after they both had a good laugh was able to tell him how to fix this issue. What a transformation - can’t believe the impact of having these sealed, insect proof patio blinds installed on our patio. I was not happy with the positioning of the conduit and I did explain this to installer and his response was that’s the least of your worries. I emphasized with the chap who measured the blinds where I wanted the conduits and they were installed in the opposite location Show 4 replies
2nd Patio/Carport installed by AOL Perth. We are very happy with the end result and the installers on the day, same ones that installed our 1st Patio. They take great care to ensure a quality build. One of the most professional companies I have dealt with. Bought our blinds mostly for the Western sun but the amount of rain they keep out due to the quality is exceptional. Has transformed out outdoor area. Our last lot of blinds didn't block out anywhere near the elements as these do. Show reply

brief their installer about our expectations and design. Don't be fooled by [Name Removed] speech. He is just a salesman. After getting the contract, he will never follow up on your work, even though he makes a lot of commitments. If you call them, their receptionist will say, "I am just a receptionist, I can't help you." During the installation time, when their installer wanted to do what he liked, after briefing him, he went. We called several times in the office to brief their installer, but primarily they didn't. After his worker left, [Name Removed] came and said sorry. Again, another day when his installer came, he said that they didn't brief him properly. And if we ask anything, he is saying that is not his work scope. We tried to talk with [Name Removed], but he didn't receive the call. We sent him an SMS, but he didn't reply. When we call the office and ask for a solution, the office lady said, "she is just a receptionist, she can't help us. She can send an email to [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] will contact us, but he didn't. So we had to agree to what his installer had done. It was a $14800 project + we needed to buy some goods for them, $500 total $15300 aud project. Just within 1 month, the grass is now coming out. The grass spike is not perfect. All of the sand is showing on top of the grass. We are not sure they will help us or not Though they have given Warenty. Note :I tried to upload video but it is not uploaded.

Look I have to commend them on their sales 10 out of 10 when calling back for sales...but if u r wanting these shutters for sound reduction..DO NOT bother they do NOT work ...and when you call to get someone to come out to check if the right shutters were installed.....no call backs or any one to call you back nothing but crickets...infact 3… Read more

realised that the blinds wasn't what I wanted and asked them to bring them back. I requested a refund but they refused, saying that I signed the contract. I feel that I was misled to sign a contract for something I don't want.

we contacted to get it repaired, getting someone out was a long and hard process but we eventually got them out to fix it. After inspecting the job later on we found it looks terrible, messy job thats now all over the brick wall and spacers that are visible from the other side. The other 2 blinds are slowly doing the same thing. No where near worth the money and wish we didn't spend this much going with them

was easy and professional and provided us with even more information to sort out what we wanted to do. After going ahead the time turn around was so quick and everything was so easy. On top of this the installers were absolutely lovely and did such a fantastic job. The main words that comes to mind dealing with this company and multiple team members is professional and kind. We are extremely happy with the result it looks fantastic and of great quality having a yard again after our pup destroyed our real grass has improved our quality of life immensely already!
