somewhat tersely, that it would happen next week (last week). Last week and this week have passed and still nothing. If they are flat out, as many lawn mower repairers are, give me a call. Professionalism. I have now made other arrangements as the grass is now two feet tall and I will soon need a guide to get to the letter box.
