clicked , too bad, you missed the fine print because it was at the bottom of the page on the page with the flashing messages and very small. If they cared about their customers why would they do that? Why would they continuously make you want to rush into it? Why wouldn’t they tell you about the payments on the page where You paid for the trial I noticed this after I was charged three $40 monthly unauthorised payments. After numerous emails I got a response telling me I must of been too excited! Absolute rubbish!!!! Second time was joining the life for I think at the time $7. Once paid I wasn’t even able to access most of it!!! I didn’t think I would be fooled a second time but they were good. Money hungry!!!

Robbery – Paid 30 dollars for 2 months, found out diet wasn't right for me, tried contacting people for a refund after 6 days of trying diet. For those that have been scammed – I’ve read so many negative reviews... she blocked me ages ago for writing a comment on her fb page. I own a small business so have come across other businesses who behave like this company. Make sure you have checked the fine print and haven’t inadvertently ticked a box that says you’ve agreed to these payments or that you've read the terms and conditions. I would suggest that if they do not respond Within 7 days then contact your bank and ask them to look into it as a fraudulent deduction. Your bank will contact the company and they will need to provide evidence you’ve approved the funds. The matter can still be escalated. You should get your funds back either from her company or the bank. Also ask the bank to block payments to her due to her not responding to cancellation requests. Thirdly make a complaint to consumer protection. They don’t have massive powers but if enough people complain I’m sure they will be looked into.

Any legal letter will suggest people have a minimum of 7 days to respond which is ample time.

what is strange about them is that they will never send you anything confirming what you have signed up for. they never give you any instructions on what programs/websites that you have an access for. they simply need your money. give them your credit card account and they will do everything they want.

I have emailed them (their support and cancellation mailbox) more than 20 times without getting any responses back.

if you have a money to be wasted and to make Ashy's life better to post more happy videos and fool more people then this an perfect place to do that otherwise use it for charity at least you feel you are respected and won't be a part of this massive scam.

Waste of money – WAY too complicated to use, takes at least 3 hours to sit down and watch all the videos on how to use it but yet that is still so over whelming. Something more simple is needed. Very prompt with taking money but extremely useless with actually replying to customers when help is needed. Total waste of money, got nothing out of it.

Would never recommend to anyone – Tried to cancel my membership for 6 months, as i only noticed 6 months after that amounts were still been taken out of my account. No one would help me. Got an email saying it was cancelled but payments were still taken out of my account for another two months before I noticed. amounts were refunded after 3 emails, short refunded me but it's not their fault. Complete nonsense. Would never say to any friends to sign up.

How can I use a service I don't even know I'm paying for – I cannot believe it is even legal (much less ethical) to bill $40 a month without the purchaser's awareness. Shocking and eye-opening to say the least. Took me two months to catch it now I guess I will find out how long it will take to get it cancelled/refunded. I want other people to know about this overcharging so they don't get into the mess in the first place.

and i haven't received any responses to my emails. I'm furious, this company is a complete scam. If you take out $40 p/m the least you could do is notify the people you are charging! A receipt perhaps? That's what every other LEGIT companies do. All direct debits are receipted by other companies, why not yours? Clearly your business model isn't working as many people are upset! emailed trying to cancel, and received an automated response. In this impersonal response, it had a "promise" to get back to me within the "48 hour maximin".

It has been longer than that now, however I cannot send a follow up email as the automated response threatens that if you send another email, my original email will be sent to the bottom of the queue.

I cannot afford to be a part of this program and feel so upset and cheated that I unknowingly was dragged into it.

Disgusting business model - – If I could give minus stars, I would. I signed up for a 12 week ABBBC. It stated that I would be charged AUD$6.95 per week for the 12 weeks. It is ILLEGAL to have hidden costs, they think they can get away with saying it's written in fine print on a separate page but that is total crap, a business needs to clearly advertise they have other payment terms and conditions. Also during my 12 weeks I was never even given access to the 'supportive Facebook forum' even though I requested to be a member and it was part of the package. Such a disgraceful business. Look at all these complaints of people feeling taken advantage off and ripped off, state your prices and memberships CLEARLY on your site and be honest with your PAYING customers.

Deceived – Had 4 lots of $40 taken out before I noticed. With all of my other direct debits (e.g. phone bill, Foxtel), I get an email when a payment is processed each month. With these AshyBines charges, I never got such notifications and therefore delayed my discovery of the problem (I would have noticed after the first month otherwise).

They are a scam; Cheating – I only elected to sign up for the $US7.70 Booty Challenge package but were still being charged $US30 a month for The Life program. This is ridiculous I never agree to pay anything additional of 7.7. Please return my 260$.

Feel deceived, cheated!!!! – I feel deceived by ashybines. They charged every month from 28.44€ to 30€ from my account, when I thought the subscription was only 7$. but everything about ashybines was a hoax. I want my money back. Crap customer service! – After emailing their cancellations AND messaging to their Facebook page regarding a payment that was taken out of my account without my authorisation I received zero communication from anybody. I guess they think it's fine to just continue to take people's money! Disgusting customer service!

Getting very annoyed – Hi, I also have been trying to cancel my account. I didn't sign up for this i just wanted the free app. I have tried to contact someone but it is very hard. I wouldn't give a single star if I could – I have a charge monthly of $28 a month and am getting a separate international charge for making this payment (which I was unknowingly paying). I don't just want my payment canceled but I want a REFUND. I am disgusted at how shady and sneaky this charge was. And no where am I being emailed about the payment, nor a contract for it. I simply noticed it on my statement.

Awful money stealing scam – Avoid the scam of signing up for the $0.01 The Life program. The actual fees are not explained anywhere and all that happens is they take $23.80 USD each month from your account and it takes forever to get them to cancel it. They only communicate through emails and it takes multiple correspondence to get them to even agree to cancel it.
