Ripped Off – They charged us over 2 grand for 6 nights in Bali Gardens had we booked direct we would have saved $400 as yet they still haven't answered our email NOT happy

include all the Terms and Condition. On my arrival, I had to pay tax on top of the total price for my stay. This was not mention on Asia room website or on the confirmation letter. I made a complaint in regards to this to Asia Rooms Customer support, and got no where.

BEWARE booking on their website. They may be cheap, but they are not reliable. Customer Support were useless via email and phone.

Booking disappointment – The Hotel I was booked at through Asiarooms.com did not have my booking on arrival. Disappointed because many Klms travelled to get there. I received confirmation from the site..but they neglected to pass it on to the Hotel. The other hotels were booked so I was lucky to gain a room.

Do not use – Be aware. Their cancellation policy will change from the first page of the booking process to the next page of the same booking. It can change from refundable to non refundable and you have to click on the cancellation policy each time to see what it is. This is really bad and misleading. I would not trust them at all. process there is the added problem that, at times, the first booking page will show the amount as being payable to the hotel when you arrive and the next page will change to now state that it is payable straight away.

Also, if you have a problem and write to AsiaRooms the guys working there have very little comprehension and just do not understand the problem.

Booking policies keep changing from one page to the next.

For a travel site, you get what they describe – I book with Asia Rooms and have never been disappointed. The photographs provided are what the hotels are and the descriptions and reviews are accurate. There are some good bargains available. I found it particularly helpful throughout Asia, as individual hotel websites are not what they seem. Trusted, reliable, good deal. Suggestion: to start including the really, really cheap places throughout Asia, like Lonely Planet.
