Not recommend at allI will never book with MyFiji (My Holiday Centre) again. I had to unfortunately cancel a holiday for my family as my Mum is currently battling cancer in hospital and was lied to by staff members with one staff member telling me I wasn’t entitled to a refund of the deposit (we paid for the VIP premium package which is a total waste of money!) only to ring back again and be told because it’s outside of the 30 days of travelling we can get a refund! The airline tickets were non-refundable as explained but i spoke to the airline and they said on co... Read morempassionate grounds a flight credit could be issued. Another phone call and yes we could rebook flights but it had to be by August! Absolutely disgusted with the way this was handled especially considering my mother is very unwell in hospital and clearly won’t be travelling anytime soon. I will never book through this company again we have lost so much money, thousands of dollars.
