we weren't on said tour. The staff at My Queensland eventually sorted out our booking and replaced it with a fabulous day on the pontoon and Fitzroy island. A special shout out to Molly and Mikayla for dealing with my insistent calls! Both our excursions were exceptional, one with Billy Tea safaris and the other with sunlover reef cruises.Our hotel , the Hilton was definitely a quality establishment with a prime location in the waterfront .I would not hesitate to use their service again for future getaways! accommodation was great too lovely staff and the restaurant was yummy food and cocktails with lovely sea views loved Cairns. Walking along the walkway admiring the bird life we seen a turtle which was one of our highlights with the sea eagle and its new born. Got some amazing pictures and had an awesome time. My 8yo daughter and I had an amazing experience for a week at Daydream Island. Flights and transfers all went ahead smoothly. Favourite part of Daydream Island was definitely the living reef. We loved doing the stingray splash and reef ranger tours where you got to interact with the reef creatures. Great pool that is enormous. Infinity restaurant… Read more · 1
was our favourite of the two options for dinner. Good kids menu (amazing butter chicken according to my daughter) and great deserts. Wallaroos around the island that you can feed and a cool outdoor cinema that plays kids movies in the evening twice per week.

The trip was amazing everything went to plan . Our only issue was with Jetstar delayed flights which caused us to miss our next flight which my holiday sorted . MyMaldives, I contacted them and asked for a quote. I got a quote from Donna from ignite travel group/Myholiday, and the quote was very good, and Donna was very patient and friendly and answered all my questions, so we booked 7 Nights in Maldives and on the way back 3 Nights in Singapore. And OMG are we so happy with that holiday. Everything was so well organised. With the Itinerary we got some information about how to fill in the required online forms for customs clearance including the links to the website. Once we arrived at Brisbane airport, our holiday began. When we arrived Male, customs clearance was quick and easy, and on the other side was someone waiting for us to accompany us to the bus, which brought us to the Water-dome, where also someone was waiting and brought us to the water-plane. Then we got flown to The Standard Resort on Huruvalhi Island, which was just extreme beautiful. The staff was very nice, the food extreme good, and the over water villa was very beautiful, comfortable and as clean as the whole resort. The resort even invited us to a complementary anniversary dinner, which was set up very romantically and the food, like everything just perfect. The time went by fast and when we had to leave after 7 days, we were accompanied each step of the way, until we arrived customs. We should have arrived in Singapore at about 10pm, but our flight to Singapore was over an hour delayed, and then our luggage needed about 45 minutes until it came out so it was past midnight when we came into the entry hall at the airport, but still our driver was patiently waiting for us and drove us to the Standard Hotel in Singapore. We had a very nice time in Singapore, and at the last day at 6pm our driver arrived at the hotel and drove us to the Airport. I am so grateful and happy, that everything was so perfectly organised and went so smooth, I am already looking into our next holiday, maybe next year, and I am sure that I will contact Donna from Myholiday soon. I would recommend Myholiday to anyone.

Follow-up · The room was very impressive and cleaned every morning. The local dining was was wonderful. We didn’t use any resort facilities except the pool bar.

When you want to question anything or make changes they will go back thru the phone conversation and… Read more
let you know that you didn’t say that in the conversation. But when they stuffed up the names on my airline tickets and even had the wrong destination for a return flight they told me it would cost me to make the changes, but then backed down when the recorded phone conversation and the emails I sent proved that I was correct. They didn’t offer me anything for their stuff up but wanted to charge me for anything I wanted to change. They will transfer you from department to department, person to person until you have no answers and let you know it will cost half of your booking fee to cancel which is when you know you are trapped. I calculated hidden charges of $120 per person (6people) for return transfers from Bali airport. When I know you can get a van for 6 people return for about $60 There are many hidden charges incorporated in the price. Be very cautious booking with this mob You will save hundreds, even thousands booking online yourself or using a reputable travel agent that you can sit down face to face and negotiate with and who will allow you to make changes without getting ripped off.

We booked a daydream island resort package for 5 nights. We had a fantastic trip. We left Adelaide on day 1 with no hassle, arrived in Hamilton island about 2pm. Our ferry from Hamilton island to daydream was not booked until 4pm but we asked the ferry counter if there was an earlier slot and they put us on a ferry at 2:40 no problems. The… Read more · 1
resort was beautiful and the room was exactly what we booked. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Our trip included a Whitehaven beach tour which was organised for us completely and was a lovely half day. We didn’t realise we had 30% off living reef experiences for the trip so got a nice surprise when our marine biologist snorkelling session was $40 cheaper. The trip home was a bit chaotic, but that was all unavoidable technical issues with the aeroplane that cannot be avoided. The airline staff were fantastic as we were stuck on the tarmac then had to get off & back on the plane. We missed a connection but the rebooking was sorted for us. Our bags were lost in transit but virgin airlines took our details and we had a phone call about an hour later informing us that they had been located and would be delivered to our home the next morning.
