without ever making me feel like it was any trouble. I had decided to extend my trip by two extra weeks elsewhere after the initial week she had arranged, and each time I requested adjustments, she was helpful, accommodating, and efficient in rearranging the itinerary.

What really impressed me was her determination to get everything right. I could hear in her voice that nothing was ever too much trouble. Her efforts didn’t just help me – thanks to her support, some friends of ours were also inspired to make a booking and travel with us. That kind of dedication is a credit to your organisation.

I have been booking holidays with your company for around 15 years, with at least 10–15 trips in that time, and I am always grateful for the support from your consultants. However, Alana truly stood out, and I would love for her to be recognised for the outstanding service she has provided. She made the whole process of putting together our upcoming holiday to the Cook Islands easy and enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism.

let you know that you didn’t say that in the conversation. But when they stuffed up the names on my airline tickets and even had the wrong destination for a return flight they told me it would cost me to make the changes, but then backed down when the recorded phone conversation and the emails I sent proved that I was correct. They didn’t offer me anything for their stuff up but wanted to charge me for anything I wanted to change. They will transfer you from department to department, person to person until you have no answers and let you know it will cost half of your booking fee to cancel which is when you know you are trapped. I calculated hidden charges of $120 per person (6people) for return transfers from Bali airport. When I know you can get a van for 6 people return for about $60 There are many hidden charges incorporated in the price. Be very cautious booking with this mob You will save hundreds, even thousands booking online yourself or using a reputable travel agent that you can sit down face to face and negotiate with and who will allow you to make changes without getting ripped off.

We booked a daydream island resort package for 5 nights. We had a fantastic trip. We left Adelaide on day 1 with no hassle, arrived in Hamilton island about 2pm. resort was beautiful and the room was exactly what we booked. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Our trip included a Whitehaven beach tour which was organised for us completely and was a lovely half day. We didn’t realise we had 30% off living reef experiences for the trip so got a nice surprise when our marine biologist snorkelling session was $40 cheaper. The trip home was a bit chaotic, but that was all unavoidable technical issues with the aeroplane that cannot be avoided. The airline staff were fantastic as we were stuck on the tarmac then had to get off & back on the plane. We missed a connection but the rebooking was sorted for us. Our bags were lost in transit but virgin airlines took our details and we had a phone call about an hour later informing us that they had been located and would be delivered to our home the next morning.

I would have booked our trip on-line but had a couple of tweaks we needed to make in terms of flights and accommodation so called up My Holiday and Temira handled my enquiry. Temira was really good, looked at options for both flights and hotels and worked hard to tailor a nice competitive package for us. Not passing on full accommodation refund - by charging ridiculous cancellation fee – My family has been caught up in the Air Vanuatu liquidation/insolvency situation. We had paid for flights and accommodation through My Vanuatu. Our accommodation will give a full refund if we cancel more than 30 days in advance, however My Vanuatu is going to charge us $400 per person cancellation fee. Super easy to book and all went well until Virgin cancelled our flight home from Samoa due to Cyclone Alfred. We contacted MySamoa on approx 8 March and then rebooked and paid for our return flights ourselves. email) which is 3 whole months after the event. When I called I received no useful assistance from the fellow who answered the phone other than for him to say that the Ts & Cs state it may take 12 weeks or longer to get a refund. Our agent [Name Removed] was always out of the office when I called and despite being promised return calls, they never eventuated. Our contact now is via email where I am told to "rest assured" it is "being actively followed up." There are 7 adults and 1 baby who are affected by this delay in refund as we are not able to lodge an insurance claim for the other flights and accommodation until we receive the refund. I am sure you can appreciate this is a considerable amount of money. We have used your company a number of times in the past and are deeply disappointed by the poor follow-up service. Temira was very helpful on Saturday when we ring and booked our trip to Samoa. She not only got us the same deal as our friends who booked prior but went the extra step for us and sent through some great suggestions for scuba diving while we are there.
