Terrible ASKO Cooktop – Purchased what we thought would be a great quality 5 burner ASKO cooktop. Within 2-3 uses the cooktop already stained and looks old. ASKO Customer Service response to this was to use Selley's Oven Cleaner. The burner rings bubbled up after a few uses and one of the knobs gets tight once it gets hot (apparently heat being reflected from the pot???). Totally disappointing product for the price we paid. Installed it in our brand new kitchen and its the only thing that looks years old due to its poor quality of material. Totally put off by this product and the brand. Will never purchase anything ASKO again. Wish we had read reviews on this product before purchasing it.

Similar issue to other reviews – We purchased the cooktop from Winnings. After a couple of uses we noticed what looked like rust stains appearing on the small burner. We raised this with Asko who immediately checked it out and replaced the ss top. Not long after the replacement started showing signs of burning marks on 2 burners at back. This was raised with Asko again who suggested we used Selleys Oven Clean to remove the marks.

We did so and it does in fact remove the marks although I was a little apprehensive that it would..

Full marks to Asko service.

First use and stainless steel is burned – Just use the stove once in my new kitchen and the stainless steel got burned around the jet. Just contact asko and sent a photo to be analyzed. Hope they fix asap. Not a cheap stove top so hopefully customer care is up to the standards.. Unfortunately seems that isn't the first time this happened with this model.

Asko not good – We have new unit and the stove top has stainless steel top we cant clean arround jet it burns and we have tried evwrt cleaner recomended it also scratches easy it is an expensive brand we would expect batter
