Feeling frustrated, we decided to give it one last shot and called Chris based on glowing recommendations from our local community. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, thorough, and determined to find a solution. Unlike the others, he took the time to do a full inspection, opening up the outdoor unit and pinpointing the exact part that was causing the issue. Instead of pushing for an expensive replacement, he gave us all the details about the faulty part and even recommended a repair specialist who could source and install it.
To our absolute surprise, Chris didn’t charge us a cent for his time and expertise. Thanks to him, we ordered the part, had it installed, and our system is now working perfectly—saving us tens of thousands of dollars!

Used to be exemplary but now being ghosted – We've been with Aspen Air for over 10 years for cooling and heating replacements as well as regular services as recommended by Chris. (As clients, I would have liked to think we were just as exemplary.) However, we've been ghosted since Dec after contacting them thru 3 avenues. C'est la vie.

that was normal with a new system so I thought okay it will go away in a little bit of time. But it still smells after four months so I call Chris back and told him it was still smelling he told me he would come out and have a look at it. The first time I rang him was on a Friday about the smell he told me to ring him back on Monday to make a time that week he would come and look at it rang him on the Monday left message for him never heard back then I tried again on the Tuesday and the Wednesday still did not hear back from him so I left it for a couple of weeks thinking that maybe Chris would return my call well he didn’t so I am very disappointed with him just to make sure that the smell wasn’t anything dead in the roof I got my partner to go up and check couldn’t find anything so once again got in touch with Chris last week which was the last week in June spoke to him on the Wednesday asked me if I’d be home on the Thursday which I told him I would be home in the afternoon. He told me if you didn’t get there on the Thursday afternoon as he was on another job and he didn’t know how long it would take that he would definitely be there on Friday as he asked me if I was going to be home and I said yes I will be home all day never turned up never rang to say why he didn’t turn up. So rang him first thing on Monday morning still haven’t heard a word back from him if this is how you If this is how he runs his after service it is appalling very bad quick to take your money put in a new system and then basically wash his hands of you very very disappointed Chris I expected better

air con. It's not something you buy everyday and was grateful for her expertise. The installer, Darrell, was awesome. As he has been in the business for over 30 years he certainly knew what he was doing. It was a particularly difficult install, but in a short space of time he had installed, cleaned up after and removed both the inside unit and outside units and removed all the packaging. Best tradie ever. Ash the electrician arrived 1 hour later and had my air con up and running in no time and took the time to explain the remote control features All in all one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. 10 stars Aspen air. I purchased a Daikin 6 Kw reverse cycle (split) system. Soooo happy

clearly what we needed, and gave us MUCH MORE than in previous quotes for a slightly better price. Including a MAGIQ touch control. 18 months down the track the MAGIQ touch control stopped working - Sharon organised Chris to come the same day - AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE SOME CREATURE HAD BROKEN THE WIRE UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE! Fantastic people and a great quality air con unit – Chris and his team were professional, friendly, and worked around our little animal friends, which was much appreciated. Excellent service – I cannot recommend Aspen Air highly enough. Chris came on a Saturday to fit in with my schedule and his explanation of products was excellent. Fitting was done on a Saturday again to fit in with my work schedule. My only criticism is I was not asked where I would prefer the water to be accessed for my evaporative cooling. Perhaps they should ask this question at the time of quotation. All up I will be recommending this company to my friends

their way to carry out the job as Chris. Being a unit, space comes at a premium, and Chris was the only one to suggest rooftop installation for the compressor. Above all Chris gave us a free upgrade to the designer range (top of the range) of Fujitsu 2.5kw unit. Will surely get them back for any heating or cooling solution. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

ducted air conditioning unit, so our only option was to install a refrigerated system in the ceiling. I chose Aspen Air as they provided expert advice for what is best suited to our period home for a very competitive price. The Fujitsu ART36 10.5 kW was recommended for the house incorporating 2 zones, night zone for the bedroom and a day zone for the hallway and lounge, or the ability to run both zones at the same time. At no stage did I fell pressured to make a decision, I was comfortable to have Aspen Air install the air conditioner in our home.
Installation was completed with no damage to the ceiling. The house consists of lath and plaster which can damage easily, however great care was taken to ensure this did not occur. Only down side to lath and plaster is the mess, dust and debris was scattered through out the house, it is extremely important to lay drop sheets throughout the house to keep the dust minimal. I was warned by Aspen Air prior to installation about how messy it gets, but I did not expect it to be as bad as I experienced. The Fujitsu is very quiet whilst in operation and the airflow through the house is silent and the system cools and heats the house well. It also consists of a dehumidifying function which is great to have.
I highly recommend Aspen Air, experienced installers, great product knowledge and highly skilled to recommend the best suited options for a competitive price.
