Tech Support Does Not Exist – I bought this motherboard five months ago from MSY and because of the multiple issues I tried to contact Asrock Tech Support online and through UEFI Tech Service Application, however, I have not received any reply at all. I think they pretend that they do not exist, possibly they do not have a technical or after-sale department. So, if you intend to purchase an Asrock product just remind yourself that if you have a problem with it, you are on your own.
NO Technical Support From ASROCK – I have problems since I bought the ASROCK motherboard H110M HDS two months ago and I have sent two emails but all I received is two automatic emails. I have used quite a few motherboards, I think ASROCK is the worst. You can not even download their product manual.
