Assef's

I cannot recommend Assefs highly enough. Their RM Williams boots are exceptionally priced. The Service is fantastic. I had an issue with a Sole and Kirsty managed a resolution immediately with no issues. Great company and people.

AVOID – Cheats and liars. Bought an rm williams boot, came with scratches and scuffs. Return the boot back to them but they only refunded partially. Now no response from customer service

outstanding – I don’t live in Moree, but have been in store over the years and bought the odd item when visiting family in the area. I now contact Assef’s online or over the phone with enquires, have bought clothing and other items and has been delivered quickly with outstanding prices. The staff are friendly, professional and know what genuine customer service is all about.

Brilliant service – I ordered 2 china plates on 28th December and the item was received on 3rd January! Considering I ordered it over the Christmas period I did not expect the item to be even dispatched until after the New Year! Even the postage costs were brilliant. I wish other Companies on the mainland were this good posting to Tasmania! Well done! I will certainly be using you again! Thank you.
