Beware, they will inundate your email with offers
Online StoreI bought a product from them, which arrived quickly and was fine (without being amazing - an airfryer). They get stars for that. But subsequent to this, I have been absolutely inundated with SPAM marketing emails from them. 21 emails in 20 days. I have clicked the unsubscribe links numerous times over weeks and weeks, and raised a direct job via their contact form. I'm still receiving these emails today. For what is meant to be a legitimate business, they're not operating like one. Legally (in Australia) they have 5 days to comply with an opt-out request.

Online StoreIn my eyes, the sign of a strong company is not if everything goes off without a hitch, but more about how issues are dealt with - and I truly can't fault Kitchen Warehouse for having a friendly customer service rep, who was diligent in solving my grievances.

Do not purchase from kitchenware house
Online StoreI was charged on website 3 times for same order I called them and they hang up on me saying they could not hear me fact they didn’t want to hear me really inappropriately managed. Lucky it went through Pay Pal who could sort it out. Will never ever purchase from them again!!! The order was for over $1000 also check your purchases and the prices they charge as they are expensive compared to other kitchen suppliers.

Excellant Service on Lodge cast pan replacement

Good service, good price
Online StoreI was hunting around for a pizza maker and Kitchen Warehouse had one of the better prices so I ordered one online. I ordered it Sunday night and it was delivered [intra-state] by Thursday, so pretty good overall. My son and I went mad and made three pizzas in a row, learning that it is a bit of trial-and-error until you get the settings just right for yourself.

Expensive and poor website
Online StoreTheir prices are generally more expensive than the competition, but at least the shipping is reasonable.
Eg. Pyrex 31cm pizza/chip crisper tray is almost 50% more than competitors. And the reviews are dodgy. Why are some reviews for this item for another brand (Baker's Secret)? There's 11 reviews for it, and at least 2 are for another brand. So misleading.
And the website won't allow you to highlight words so you can't research or do a price check. Not sure if it's deliberate or just poor coding, but either way it sucks. As does the website's
... Read more search. I was searching for roasting racks, but the only thing that came up were roasting pans. Yet lo and behold, they actually have a roasting rack section in the cookware accessories section in the menu. Ended up just buying elsewhere rather than deal with nonsense.- Return Claim Made: No
Product replacement
VIC, MoorabbinI went into the store to ask how I could fix a product I bought a year ago because it was wobbly with use and they replaced the product no worries at all. Kind and honourable to do this. I am very happy with such service. Always helpful and friendly staff to. Well done Kitchen Warehouse Moorabbin.

Online StoreBought some pots and pans that developed some issues, KW took some time to resolve with manufacturer. Got a credit note that I couldn't get to work on the website, but was resolved with a friendly staff member. All good now. :)
Unbelievable
Online StoreI ordered online and it take long time for them to response and process my order so I decided cancel. And unbelievable that after a month since I order they still haven’t refund it to me and I havd to communicate to 4 staffs already!

Online StoreI ordered a series of products including a stone benchtop spray but on receipt the packing box was soaking wet. The spray leaks when squeezed in transit. I took the box back into a store front but they didn't have everything I wanted and advised they would send another shipment which did exactly the same thing. Spray bottles / liquids were not separated / in plastic so leaked everywhere again.
I tried mediation through ProductReview and Kitchen Warehouse committed to packaging separately and reshipping but a week or so later advised they had cancelled the order and had issued refund already.
Weeks later and still no refund, been outstanding six weeks now

Do you have an upright mandolin, or somekind of non mechanical slicer/dicer.

We don't have an upright Mandolin as such, however we do have hand held Mandolins with a handle where you can adjust the angle to your liking while in use.

I have a lacast casserole that has metal filings in the base of the pan when washed. Will this stop or is there something else I need to do to it. I haven't cooked with it yet
