Change of order – I ordered the wrong grids - my fault. Emailed them about my mistake. Very friendly and prompt reply, promised to refund my money as soon as possible. 5 days later money was in my account. Great customer service!

Sold a faulty product, got a refund, support acted a bit odd though, and not very eco friendly – I bought the "Essteele Per Vita Open French Skillet 28cm" and the copper on the outside had some nasty rust. It was found all around the exposed copper but pretty bad in one particular response. that I could clean it myself but what if the rust is not just on the surface? Not to mention it's not nice to tell a paying customer to fix a faulty product you sold them. They also said the rust likely formed in transit but it took 4 days to get delivered to me, the packaging was dry, the pan was protected by two cardboard boxes, and it was in a plastic bag.

Eventually I got a return label and 2 business days after it had been marked as returned by Australia Post I hadn't received a response from them and they never told me processing times prior to the return so I emailed them and let them know if in 5 business days the refund wasn't confirmed I would issue a charge back. They processed my refund shortly after.

However their response was really really odd. They said they don't sell faulty products, but they just refunded me for a rusty pan they sold me, and then they said they never sell second hand products. The normal response would of been a simple apology. Other businesses have sold me faulty products, maybe there's a refund, or a replacement but it's not usually a big deal it happens. To flat out say you never sell faulty products is just dishonest as it's inevitable.

They felt the need to tell me they don't sell second hand products despite the fact I never even implied let alone accused them of selling second hand products. Also they offer change of mind returns so do they just throw out products that could be completely usable?

In the same email they said they don't sell faulty products they said the fault likely occurred in manufacturing which contradicts the statement the rust formed in transit and that they never sell faulty products. I will have to rate their shipping pretty bad if they allowed rust to form in just 4 days.

Unfortunately they aren't as eco friendly as advertised as they waste paper putting ads with the products they sell.

visible edge through to the inner wall, but no evidence on the Brabantia or Everten packaging so must've been during factory manufacture/packaging. Immediately called Everten as per their instructions and sent an email with supporting video and pics. Received follow up email 30 mins later offering 50% discount being the last bin available which was fine for me. I almost bought from another online retailer for $20 cheaper, but read reviews for both and felt super confident with Everten's Aussie family business model and professional and friendly customer service which I've been blown away with. Despite the fault from Brabantia, Everten has fairly and super promptly resolved my issue. Only wish Brabantia bins weren't soo expensive for something that seems to dent so easily, but Everten came to the party and made the whole issue easier to deal with. Thank you! Highly recommend and would shop with you again.

provided succinct and detailed information together with fotos of the dent. The dent happened during manufacture, and instead of quality control, they had just completed production. The enamel was fine. That was the give away.

Eveten replied quickly and offered me a full refund or replacement, when new stock comes in, Dec/Jan. Today is Monday 23 November 2020. I actually want the bread box, so I chose the replacement option. I asked Everten to please quality check the Bread Box before sending it, and they agreed.

So a good outcome, and Everten did the right thing. Important to know.

I look forward to the bread box replacement.

After my friend posted the video 'Uncle Roger DISGUSTED by this egg fried rice video' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53me-ICi_f8, on social media I was finally shamed into using modern technology. However I decided to buy an easy to clean and store microwave rice cooker. I found the Progressive Microwave Rice Cooker Set at the Everten website. It was reasonably price, had great reviews and the company was located in Australia. It was also small, but made plenty of rice. Delivery was only delayed by a couple of days due to Covid and Father's Day parcels and I tried it out immediately. It made perfect rice without me needing to monitor if it was boiling or burning and was easy to clean. It overflowed slightly, but only by a couple of drops and I was making the maximum amount of rice. Everten has an amazing range of products and I will definitely be shopping there again.

While I never spoke to the lady on the phone, we did send many friendly emails to ensure my order was how I wanted it. Flimsy and unuseable – Avanti Food Mill. Packaged well, and prompt delivery. But the mill is light weight, hard to assemble, the discs don’t sit firmly in the pan, and the bottom of the axle won’t stay in the hole in the disc. When the handle is turned, it just all disassembles. I’ve never used one before, so maybe it’s just me.
