Hopeless. Stopped working after less than 2 years. Cost $1,000 to fix – Steer clear of an Astral Net'n'clean in floor cleaning. Ours stopped working after only 20 months use and we were fobbed off by Astral. The warranty is only 1 year, so we are up for $1,000 to get it fixed. repair man it appears most of their products break down very quickly. So consider choosing a better brand than Astral.
