Reliable, well designed, but App install is a hit/miss – Context: using as wifi mesh wired/ethernet backhaul for a single storey long narrow home (10x30m). Pros: - nice design: black, elegant, minimalistic, great finish all around. - functions well: we've had great fast coverage all around the home, reliable and no drops as of yet (been using it for 3 weeks now). Designers did a great job packing the antennas into this small, elegant cube. - fast set-up when using wired backhaul using website asusrouter.com - each node has WAN and a WAN/LAN inputs, which means any can act as a main router and the other 2 will act as the nodes - Can be connected by wired/ethernet backhaul (much faster than wireless backhaul connection) - doesn't overheat, safe to touch when used extensively, kid-friendly - Customer service surprisingly very good, very responsible, very knowledgeable with very little wait times

Cons - horrible experience setting up using the App (even over wired backhaul). Just don't use the App and use the website to setup. - pricey if you're paying full price. I would wait for a sale (got mine price matched with Amazon Aus by JB HiFi) - feels light (mostly plastic construction), could potentially break if drops from a shelf - each router/node requires a powerpoint connection. Powerpoint connection a little bulky, and may not squeeze behind cabinets etc, so your furniture may need to stick out more

Overall, great design and great reliable coverage. The App install is a hit and miss, I recommend using the website to install. I'd recommend to a friend if its on sale.
