I was having a bit of difficulty trying to set up my new router. Mirei was super helpful. She walked me through set by step in detail. By the end of it I had configured everything correctly with her and my internet was up and running. Thanks for being patient Mirei even when I wasn't being my best version. Thanks again for your help. Bit is very appreciated. Hope you have a lovely day! Show details

Great value, and performs well – I bought this router to replace a rather flaky Asus BlueCave. First impressions are positive; the router is well packaged and comes with everything you need. I would argue that this router has a pretty big footprint for what it is, though; even upright it's a lot bulkier than my old Asus RT-AC68U was. So frankly, while the design is sleek, it… Read more ·  1

could use a bit of repackaging to make it less of a dinner plate. On the upside, there are mounting holes, so this'll definitely be getting hung up in the tech-nook.

Setup is very easy. The startup wizard that the app guides you through covers everything you need to get up and running. I have a seperate modem feeding the WAN port, and all I needed to do was enter the matching PPPoE credentials and it was all sorted.

I have to admit I was a bit concerned about the sheer throughput of the wireless, but the AX10 is completely at home streaming to a few devices and keeping phones and smart devices connected. No worries whatsoever. I'm not doing anything too nuts bandwidth-wise, so your mileage may vary. But for the bucks, it pushes along pleasingly well.

Value is excellent. I paid the regularly-priced $109 at JB HiFi which is perfectly fine, so if you can get it on special, even better!

The wireless range is very good. I am able to get great performance anything up to 20m away in any direction with several walls in the way. More than enough to cover my entire house, and some yard too.

This is a decent quality router at a good price. Hardcore gamers and streamers would almost certainly tap it out, but it makes no secret of that with its specs... or its price. If you need more speed or bandwidth, there are routers out there for you that cost 3x or 4x the price of the AX10.

Awesome customer service – Scale of 1 to 10, ten as highest. The product itself is amazing and I would score as 9. It delivered what it promised. We had faster connection. It would have been a 10 if the set up was easy like plug and play. But we needed to call tech support to handle our internet problem as the manual and app didn't help. Doris Shen/tech support was amazing, patient and very helpful! Thank you very much Show details ·  1

Excellent service – Lemmy Y was exceptionally patient and so helpful. Even after our phone call ended, she continued to email back and forward with tips and detailed instructions until our problem was solved. Our problem was caused by ISP and not the modem. TP-Link modem has been great since we purchased a few years ago Show details ·  1

Arguably the best budget WiFi 6 router – Our existing TP-Link modem/router was originally purchased for a FTTN connection, we've been on FTTP for the past 2+ years and were limited by the 100Mbps WAN port speed. Wishing for faster speeds, so went for this model. Setup - like the last model, problematic. The Tether app is great in theory but has limitations with advanced ISP specific… Read more ·  1

settings such as VLAN. The router required a hard reset out of the box as the WiFi wasn't functional. The specified IP address was different to what the AX10 actually uses. Working out the issues one by one, eventually fully functional.

The gigabit WAN port was immediately noticeable, along with gigabit LAN ports (handy for NAS). The 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless frequencies are cleverly blended into the one SSID. Transfer speeds and RSS are vastly improved on the old model - no issues with coverage at all (the old router was constantly handing over to 2.4GHz down one end of the house, not anymore)

Sticker price was $109 with 20% off - absolute bargain for the purchase price.

I tried my luck with tplink before I have up and I'm so happy that I got through to Aurelia. Her active listening and technical skills resolved my issue in 5mins. What an agent. Please… Read more

Good Product and great online troubleshooting – I've been using this router for a month now and I'm quite pleased with the range it provides, would possibly need to add an extender for a enhanced range. I received great online troubleshooting assistance from Luna J who went through the set up steps very patiently and allowed me to set it up within 10 minutes while being online throughout the process. Great service. Show details
