Do NOT buy from Home Furniture!! – Terrible to deal with! Our lounge failed within 2 months, they will ignore your emails, we then went back into their store and were told that they have seen our emails, and that they would replace our lounge with a brand new one in 4-5 months, it has been over 6 months and we haven’t heard from them. They still aren’t responding to emails again. Do your self a favour and go to a reputable store Show details
Very delayed Shipping – Bought a coffee table. They promised it'll come at the beginning of October. After a lot of follow up they finally dispatched it late October. The table is good but the customer care is horrible. Show details
No discount – When I was purchasing ten thousand dollars worth of furniture they wouldn’t even give me a 5 percent discount Then told me I would need to pay two lots of $80.00 delivery fees I’m not surprised 5 stores have become 2. Show details

Made right here in WA – Went to Cockburn looking to purchase 2 sofas and after doing the rounds of all the furniture stores was thrilled to discover that At Home has a lot of their products made here in WA. They cost us no more than Nick Scali imports (At Home were having a sale though) and were made and delivered as promised in 4 weeks. Very happy with the quality and time frame. Show details

wasn't small enough for what we needed, i loved the cushions they had and rang the next day. I described what cushions they were and [name removed] went over and above what he had to even messaging me a photo of the cushions so that i could be sure its what i wanted which they were! He then organised to have them brought down to me so that i could pick it up from somewhere closer! he did so without a fuss at all. Brilliant! You just don't find service like this these days, I could not recommend them enough and will be driving back to furnish my home with them. Fantastic decor and furniture, customer service that is friendly and knowledgeable.
Great ranges of products and such friendly service!!! – After searching the whole of my town for a decent sized dining room table with no luck I went to At Home Furniture in Bunbury WA and they had such a great range and the staff new alot about the products too so they were very helpful. The whole transaction went very smoothly and they had the table delivered to my kitchen by the end of the week. Super friendly and helpful staff. Show details
