Great weight loss tool – We use the chocolate and vanilla protein powders as part of our Keto diet. The flavour base is not over powering which makes them perfect to add ingredients to. We add nuts, frozen spinach cubes and fibre for added vitamins. They are very tasty and I find myself craving them. Show details

Tweeking the shake – Have been using the shake intermittently when not wanting bacon and eggs for brekkie. At first did not really like the taste but have tweeted it to my taste. One scoop of chocolate lots of ice five or six berries and half a teaspoon of stevia with a half teaspoon of flaxseed meal with 250ml of water. Turns out real creamy and thick with no after taste. This works for me.

filling and it's thick! I've been having the atkins chocolate shake for 4 months now and i couldn't fault it.

Only downfall is that I can only get the shake mix at Coles. Seems that both Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse has taken it off their shelves. This container you get 10 shakes and costs around $19 - $22. I usually stock up if they are in sale. But I highly recommend the atkins chocolate shake mix in the canister. Sooòoooo yummy! Its my breakfast every morning.

You will lose weight if you have this and nothing else – Somehow, I was able to drink Atkins for about three months solid. Once a week I would have an ordinary meal. later, as all the weight came back on, though not (as many people will have you think) that quickly. Actually it took a couple of years for me to put the beef back on. For a total weight loss diet, if you can stick with it, you will be rewarded.

I guess, if you just drink water for three months you will achieve an even better result, but who can drink that stuff?

Atkins has a superior flavour, nice aroma and texture and mixes well with Soy or milk. I think water is the recommended mix, but I never tried it with just water. Mostly, I tried it with Soy, and these days, I am hitting the Almond milk pretty heavily, and it is showing signs of helping me lose weight.

It is not the cheapest product on the market, and in fact, a bit hard to find at time. Coles seems to supply it on occasion. But more often than not they run out, and I have to go for the Slim Right or the Fart Blaster, which I don't think are quite as nice.

Loving Atkins products – I love it! I love the chocolate flavour! Muay Thai, yoga and weightlifting. I think the price is reasonable I always find them on special too at different Coles too. I also love the Atkins nut chewy bar but I try not to have too many of them lol they're also yummy lol

adding a bit of coffee and skim milk to try but preferred without. I noticed that the can lasted only five days. So was a bit disappointed with the value and price comparison. I still kept going and bought a second one this time chocolate. I preferred the taste of chocolate. During the 10 days I found myself hungry and wanting to snack and had the munchies. I craved all my bad food, chocolates, carbs and sweets. No headaches but I found myself not losing the weight, I gained a couple of kilos instead. This product is not bad it just didn't work for me and just didn't suit me.

Powdery texture – I didn't used the premixed and bought a tin of powder instead. Frankly I wasn't too impressed at first and found the texture powdery. These shakes taste brilliant! – I am a big fan of these shakes as they are a great Atkins diet breakfast. I put a teaspoon of coffee and 2 tablespoons of cream in mine then put it through the blender with some ice, makes a terrific creamy chocolate shake which fills me until lunch time. tastes great, filling, low carb they are pretty expensive at almost $4 per shake, or $24 for a 10 serve tin (with twice as many carbs)

LOVED it – i used these drinks (powder mixed with soy milk) to lose the baby pudge. honestly the taste... was fricken amazing and i loved it. only that it was so intense and filling that you couldnt drink more. i would have two a day as a way to avoid carb snack attacks. taste. i probably liked it too much and consumed more then needed... :)

So yummy it makes dieting easy! – This Shake is the ONLY one I have ever had success losing the weight with, it is very filling again THE only one that doesn't leave me hungry in a couple of hours!
