Rust and cost – Bought a pool from Atlantis Pools at Lansvale. The steel fittings have rusted through and are expensive and difficult to replace. Really poor quality for a saltwater pool and regret buying from them. Show details

Save your money – Pool rusted after only 3 years. [name removed] from Stern Pools is a liar. I recommend to look on Facebook and see many other people with rusty pools. Terrible customer service. Ignoring a problem is not a solution Show details

Always answer their phone – Every time I call these guys they always answer their phone or get back to me. I've purchased two Pools from Atlantis without issue. The 1st pool lasted me 19 years. The only dramas with above ground pools seem to come from the tradies installing them. You've got to find good installers, problem is all the above ground companies use the same… Read more

installers. Dont pay upfront for installers, just pay the deposit and balance on completion. Cant believe one installer requesting the full amount upfront.

Very poor customer service – Above ground pool bought last October. The pool was manufactured by Sterns Pools. Despite having contract with Atlantis I had to deal directly with [name removed] from Sterns pools. The pool had defective coping and the colour ran , at first without inspecting Atlantis said it was probably my fault. [name removed] came out to inspect and agreed it… Read more

was defective and agreed to fix. However time and again promises were broke by Stern Pools and no fix was forthcoming, so now going to NCAT to get fix enforced. Atlantis avoided all responsibility and were of no help in trying to fix the issue.

Have a pool put in – Was recommended Atlantis pools being told they had over 35 years experience. Had someone come out on a Sunday morning 8.30am only to be called (person was in car) refused to come out and give me a quote! Job not for him he said! Contacted company by email to let them know about it and see if something could be done, they did not even bother getting back to me, it's been over a week already .... very dissapointing Cindy

Hard to get through to but helpful when speaking layman terminology – I would happily copy the email here that I received from these people but I truly don't think I should. After receiving the first one from them which was terse and unhelpful, I wrote back, and surprisingly got a reply, which has caused me to change this review to a more positive one, the second email being helpful and much more informative.… Read more

Suffice to say I bought a beautiful pool from them some seven years ago and oh how I love it. Love it love it love it. All has been going well, apart from some early issues but some tiny "air bubbles" have just appeared. I spoke to a lady this morning locally who suggested I contact my supplier, the above named, and so I did, with an email, and photos, after speaking to the manufacturer of said pool. The email I received in response that some things are ALWAYS visible on the vinyl of a pool - since when, these tiny bubbles and also the "indentation of a double row of boltheads" were never visible till this year), and finally I was told "You will need to contact a local pool shop if you want to replace the liner at your cost". I replied just as tersely and got a much more informative and helpful scenario. However, re warranty, I hadn't even got to that stage, I was simply asking a minor technical question. Eventually, thru what they told me the second time, I was able to take apart two panels of the pool and fix the issue to my best abilities (as a single mum with no help whatsoever, so pretty impressed with myself) and I thank them for that. I know it's a busy time for them but it IS all about customer service after all, and after sales service too. Not rapt!
