Excellent – Would build with this company again for sure. The quality shown in display homes is the same as in my home, not sure why williamm is complaining about this? v happy with Atrium - they are well priced, informative/helpful and have a great level of quality. Have built with a cheaper builder before - you do get what you pay for. Supervisor was a bit difficult to get a hold of at times.

Like a lot of things in life, you get what you pay for here – To be delivered what is promised is hard to come by these days. These guys have done so, and far beyond. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, though getting our plans back did take a little longer that expected, it was certainly worth the wait. Good but keep an eye on the details – We bought an Atrium home less than a year after it was built. We rented it out for 6 years while overseas and have just moved in for the first time. - roof insulation is poorly done and ineffective.

- inadequate roof ventilation.

- choose a light coloured roof!

- the plastering is showing lots of crazy cracking, have to do a lot of repainting.

- the rear garden retic was poorly laid out and had to be replaced.

- external render was not sealed and is fading on the north side, and showing signs of moisture ingress.

- there was some cracking from settlement but to their credit they came out and fixed them.

- the tiling was done really well, but make sure they seal the grouting.

Overall, its a well designed house layout and we love it, but some of the compromises are coming back to bite us.

I recommend Atrium totally, but just keep on top of them and make sure they don't compromise on the things above.

Excellent – i found the salesman very good and honest what he said was what was included the building time was quick even though it was a boom time we have a house we can brag about to our friends we are totally happy thank you to the atrium team i have built three times before this was definately the best experience can not find anything i had a problem with great job atrium

homes'. I have had stand up arguments with these ignorant and unimaginably rude human beings that my daughter is in a wheelchair -not a pram and I am unable to take her out and carry her. They have very kindly offered to allow my husband, son and myself entry - and what, leave her outside alone???? And if she starts having a seizure, exactly who will intervene if I'm not there? Never again. You can keep your fancy homes and elitist attitudes. We'll build with a company that has more compassion and understanding. But I'm warning you. If you reject the wrong person, you will have a discrimination case to answer to. Smarten up.

Terrible – It's all charm until the contract has been signed, then you will begin to see them for what their are. The finish is very low quality but you will pay for much more. price and upgrade everything. This builder is a rip off! Interior designer did a good job of the show houses, on the surface they almost look OK. Look beyond the decor and note the poor quality finish, then realise that they use their BEST trades in the show houses. IF you are silly enough to use this builder, the finish of your house will be much worse.

Excellent – Recommeded highly. Building costs is approx 25% higher. design quality is top. Building quality good. quality truly means. Designs are very practical and the staff are very friendly compared with other builders. We have built 3 times in WA. As a rule, all builders become nasty once contract is signed, but Atrium was firm, not nasty. They do have to get on with the job of building. They heard our opinions and resolved our concerns well. Possibly more to do with individual supervisors lack of competency. Should contact owners more often, if not, simply keep them informed.

atrium gave me good advice on how to place my house on a very difficult site and saved me on site works costs

thier standard allowances were very good was not given a house key untill handover

homes with sizable rooms and do what you want. Quality is perfect which is what you'd expect of a builder of this caliber. Pre-starts were a little slow/ receiving plans after the changes.
