It appears this company no longer has the website connected. Hopefully it means that enough people exposed them as scammers. Most likely changed names to scam again with another alias, no doubt!!

Scam company selling fake & cheap products, the company is not even based in Australia, despite it being mentioned as Australia. I received the wrong products and have been emailing the so-called company, but no one has got back to me. I ordered the HAIRtamin magic brush with boar bristles but received the airbag brush which is totally the wrong… Read more

products. I went on their website and notice there is no number to call, just an email which i tried several times but no success. Will try to contact paypal to dispute the payment for sure.

Scam! They advertise as only selling genuine products. I ordered the Dr Melaxin lift set. Going off the website felt safe that it was genuine with all the “we only sell genuine” cr#p! I received 2x no brand 2x different brand and product and 1 fake… Read more

‘Dr melaxin’ product! Took over a month for the delivery and the sender is “Andrew” in China. I have emailed but don’t expect a respond and I’ve lodged it with the bank.

Follow-up  · No surprise- I had no response from the ‘company’ and neither did my bank. I did get my money back (through my bank) so I’m happy with that. I lodged a fraudulent transaction claim, sent all the photos of the advertisements and what I recieved. The bank were easy to deal with. Can’t say of the products worked as I threw them out.

I truly believe this company is a scam and will not be consuming any supplements from them. Major issues with shipping and communication and product was only sent out after threatening with legal action. Product packaging is poor quality and a obvious rip off from another reputable product, and does not even look like the product advertised. The… Read more

spelling mistakes on the packaging is another give away. If you have ordered from them, get your money back. If you are thinking about ordering, DONT!

1. Items came a month later after purchase. If it is from Australia, why did it take this dam long to arrive? 2. I had to email them multiple times to find out where my items were. When I got no response, I went online to review the company. Found out it was all a scam, and the items are fake. The website looks so legit. 3. I repurchased new… Read more

items from reputable stores. They came within days, and one of the items was from Singapore. 4. By chance, the items from Aura arrived today. I decided to compare them with the same items I purchased elsewhere after reading a review that they were fake. 5. Aura indeed sent me fake items. I could see the packages were different - they were scanned or printed to look the same as the original- you could tell due to colouring, texture, print size etc. When I compared the two creams (Aura and the Singapore store), Aura cream was watered down; it felt less thick and hydrating than the original. 6. I did not even dare try the vitamins they sent- who knows what is inside them. 7. Basically, this is a high-level FAKE. The keyword being FAKE. A high-level fake is great for clothes and accessories, but when it comes to your health, you do not want to be taking anything that can cause serious medical issues.

Overall, do not waste your money. They are just as expensive as the next place, but they provide you with Temu-quality nonsense. Honestly, if they go to so much effort trying to make it look real, why not just sell the real thing?

In any case, I am sorry I came across this company.

This site identifies as being in Australia but a few weeks after ordering with no tracking I emailed the (seemingly) Australian email and got what looks like a dodgy tracking number out of China. Think I have been scammed and probably why I have recently been getting a number of scam calls too Show details

DO NOT BUY! Ordered over two weeks ago and no updates. Attempted tracking through China Post and not information. Not Australian business, even though they are advertised as such.

I have waited 2.5 weeks with a courier tracking number that has only printed a label, they have not picked up the items nor does this company intend to send it. Countless emails refusing refund request. Absolutely disgraceful company advertising they are australian to be actually… Read more

I purchased well at least I thought I had purchased the HAIRtamin magic brush with boar bristles as well as nylon bristles that is raved about and posted everywhere and has such a hype and they’ve been hard to hit until I found the aura brand aus website. I purchased early December it arrived on the 5th of Jan mind you I brought 2. Not only should… Read more

I have been seeing alarm bells when I saw my tracking number and items were from wuhan China because I thought they were in the us as it’s all branded there, but when I got my order eventually they were not what I paid for and I even paid for added shipping protection on one of the orders. There’s a number I found to call them in the US but after 29 seconds it goes to a voicemail now I can’t see number listed and it’s email only. So I have emailed the day I received them no response a few days later no response via email I have resorted to a dispute in PayPal providing all my evidence in the hopes I can resolve the issue if I haven’t got a response by the end of next week I’m disputing it to a claim because $100 for 2 brushes that look like I could get from the $2 and are not what I paid for is ridiculous. The site was easy to navigate and I loved the description and reviews of the products & service as well as there policies which I always check before buying so I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed. Here’s a photo they have posted on their site which is is what I thought I was getting x2 and the other is x2 of what they actually sent me. This massive error and the lack of communication as well as selling items that are not what you’re going to get is just not good enough. They are wanting me to drop my dispute case in order to be refunded which upon further investigating other customers have had the same and some not getting their refund. The address to send it back is in Spain and I am unable to send it back to the address listed this whole process is driving me crazy. I’m still in a fight to get my money back not to mention, I have also contacted the Australian scam agency and have granted permission to share with other agencies over the globe to prevent these thieves stealing more money. Also there are other websites they trade under and all have the same scripts, same reviews etc. and at this stage it looks like PayPal are taking their side as I’m expected to return in order to get my money back how can I return when the address given is unable to have items sent to? Very suss! I’m so peeved..

NEED ZERO STARS OPTION Obviously a scam website pop up. Ordered what I thought was a popular eye cream. Was sent an eye cream in similar packaging‍ without the same writing. I was incredibly useless. Didn’t even slightly work. Tried to return but trying to contact via email or website sends you in an unproductive loop. Had to get my refund from PayPal.
