Terre Range Mat perfect – The most amazing mat I purchased was the Terre Range. I’ve seen some very poor reviews but I think it’s some haters trying to drag the brand down as I personally know the owners and the brand, they do a good job
Beware for Return Policy Before Purchasing – Be aware of their return policy before you make a purchase. They are not like the many other online stores that offer you a refund within a timeframe for any reason as long as the product/item has not been used and still in its original package. I purchased a floor runner thinking the size would be suitable but when I received delivery, unfortunately it was not a suitable size to I requested to return the item and receive a refund. They notified me to say this request would have to be reviewed. After 6 days of not hearing from them, I emailed them requesting they follow up on my request and then they came back to me to say my request was denied because that was my decision to purchase that size. I have never had any online site knock me back on a change of mind. Also, I had ordered a smaller mat which I did decide to keep but honestly the quality is not worth the price.
Poor quality product and no response from Aushomebasics – The edges of the mat deteriorated to the condition in the photos within 6 months of purchase. There are only two people in our home and we are in our 70s, so the mat was not treated badly. It was obviously not fit for purpose. Aushomebasics have not responded to emails and there is no phone number to contact them.
