This continued through to the measurement and installation process. I could not recommend Ersin and his exceptional eye for detail highly enough. He took care and was exact in his measurements. He explained how each window covering would work and which would be the most functional and aesthetically pleasing for the area. Ersin was courteous throughout the whole measurement and installation process and took the time to show me how to operate the shutters, how to maintain them and explaining their warranty. It was abundantly clear that he takes pride in his work and the finished result.

We purchased a very attractive Rug from the Caringbah Store. We laid it on loungeroom floor & it was too small. We Returned the Rug 3 days later. No dramas whatsoever we were given a Full Refund. Sales person was very pleasant & obliging. If only other Stores had the same attitude & not be aggressive & belittle Customers if they want to Return an Item within a given time. I bought three rugs for my media, living and dining rooms. The customer service from Jack was outstanding. He provided many options through the store which made our selection easy. Thanks for beautiful designs and plenty of options.

I bought a rug from Decor Rug during their 70% off sale and got an order confirmation email showing the discounted price. A few days later, I received an email saying I’d get a refund — which I never asked for. When I checked their website, the same rug was still in stock but now only 20% off. Very disappointed — it feels misleading and unprofessional. If you advertise a sale and confirm a purchase, customers should be able to trust that price.

recommendations to secure the job but failed to deliver even the most basic level of professionalism and honesty.

When concerns were raised, there was no accountability — only excuses and avoidance. This is unacceptable for any trade or service provider.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to get everything in writing, verify every detail before installation, and think twice before trusting them.

Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service. Decorug advertised 10% off all rugs sitewide, but the discount actually only applied to 4 rugs on the website - completely misleading. without a discount. This kind of false advertising is unacceptable, and since they've refused to respond, I’ll be escalating the issue to the ACCC. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. You can screenshot a photo of the rug and search on Google lens, and it will show you other online retailers selling the same rug for cheaper.

I received excellent service from Martin at the Fortitude Valley store in Brisbane. The installer, Jay, did an excellent job and was very professional and polite.
