I allowed several days for the playmat to expand and settle after opening, but the colour difference remained significant. Opening the vacuum-sealed packaging was the only way to determine that the product did not match the advertised images.

The quality is ok, but I purchased this playmat specifically for its colour, and it simply isn’t what was advertised. I was also disappointed that the company refused to offer a refund or replacement, relying on their policy for opened playmats despite the product not matching its online photos.

I would recommend purchasing only if you’re comfortable with the possibility that the colours may differ substantially from the website images.

No one said our concrete was unlevel. They laid the floating floor and then noticed a cracking like popping bubble wrap when walking all over the floorboards. We complained and they sent many people including overseas supplier to check the floors. In the middle of winter with a newborn they ripped up the floorboards and levelled the floors with a very smelly chemical that forced us to air out the house for days on end while the house was freezing with a new baby. it was terrible. The concrete level dripped onto our carpet and ruined a section as big as your hand. The layer cut an old carpet and stuck in position. Looked terrible. After completion the popping sound continued and have put up with it until present in 2026. We were forced to pay in full prior to starting the works otherwise works will not start. We still have a defective product. Terrible company and especially the manager in Niddrie was cut throat take the money and then we had no leg to stand on. I recommend not to deal with them.

yet almost every order has involved some kind of problem. Orders routinely arrive weeks later than promised, packages are delivered to the wrong location, items go missing, or shipments are inexplicably split up.

My latest order was the final straw. I was expecting three membership candles and received only one candle in an enormous box. Despite having delivery instructions on file, the package was left outside my building in New York City instead of at my apartment door. I am now missing two candles and have no idea where they are.

What's particularly frustrating is that I specifically requested my candles be shipped together because Luxuriate's fulfillment process is so slow and unreliable. Products often take 30 days or more to arrive, and by the time they do, there is always some new issue to deal with. Instead, my order was split, resulting in additional confusion and missing products.

I currently own two $300 candleholders that I can't even use because the company can't seem to successfully deliver the candles that go with them. At this point, I don't feel comfortable ordering gifts from Luxuriate because I have no confidence they'll arrive correctly or on time.

The products may be marketed as luxury, but the customer experience is anything but. Luxury pricing should come with reliable fulfillment, accurate deliveries, and responsive customer service. Instead, I've experienced repeated delays, missing items, delivery failures, and endless frustration.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, the operational execution is shockingly poor. After multiple chances and repeated disappointments, I can no longer recommend this company.

much thinner than expected, slide around on the floor, and cink up along the sides, causing trip hazards. The paperwork states that they will settle and go flat, but they don't.
