I buy from the Christmas Warehouse for my Christmas Village. I love that I can purchase Lemax products as it is so costly to get them overseas. Most of my items come from Melbourne, Brisbane or if I am in Sydney I always visit a store. I am about to put my Village together. I am now living in Qld so dealing with Brisbane. Show details

If you want customer service this the place its not just Christmas things they have a huge amount of toys, the staff are so nice, friendly and customer focused, something you can't find these days we would recommend them we bought our new Christmas tree there they let us browse no pressure, very happy. Show details

Excellent products but poor warranty – Christmas Warehouse were excellent and came to the party when storefront retailers didn’t have stock or the products I was after many thanks again. won’t replace the faulty base under Australian consumer warranty which is 2 years this product is under 1 year old

| Got my tree replaced, but only after quoting the Australian Consumer | Law [ACL]. | They mislead customers by saying "Seasonal Warranty" which is | meaningless. The implied warranty under ACL is for a "reasonable | period", which they can't legally get out of.

They are correct in saying the ACL does not specify 2 years. It does however say "a reasonable period". The typical man on the street would probably think 5 for more years was reasonable for a $107.64 tree.

They should take "seasonal warranty" off their web-site as it is misleading. Misleading a customer is a 2nd breach of ACL and the trade practices act

didn't work and when we contacted Christmas Warehouse about them we were informed that they only work with Duracell batteries. There was nothing in the description to state we needed those batteries specifically. We had already spent $20 on Energizer batteries so to be told we needed to spend another $25 on Duracell was a bit frustrating. We would have spent more on batteries that the whole cost of the battery packs.

We have arranged to return the battery packs (Christmas Warehouse paid for postage) so it's a good outcome.

Overall we are very happy with the quick service and great tree and lights, but if you're going to get battery packs, make sure you buy Duracell batteries.

beautiful tree. The photo on the website does it no justice, there are no big gaps because the branches are so thick and bushy, the snow looks amazing and the detail in the branch shapes are fantastic (they are all different shapes and have other branches coming out the sides etc more realistic)

I contacted them on Monday with my half a tree problem, I had 2 follow up calls on Tuesday to make sure I was happy and they also provided me with a tracking number and update. They are also keeping me posted on my other two orders - I am so excited for them to arrive.

Would also like to add I have had zero trouble getting through on the phones since Monday.

I cannot fault the service received when I purchased the icicle lights. There was a discrepancy between the length stated and that received, but my query was treated with respect, I was believed, website details were corrected and additional rights supplied at no charge.

Excellent delivery. I bought a star for my Christmas tree I looked everywhere for a long time but the one at Christmas warehouse stood out. I’m so glad I bought the star from them it looks wonderful my grandchildren love it.

The parcel was promptly, unfortunately the courier delivered to a house 2 doors from me, the lady I spoke to in the customer service area went to extraordinary lengths to help me locate the package. I cant recall her name but she was outstanding.

I am not reviewing this product. Although for Xmas a wreath is colourful and seasonal. A good Xmas wreath can be placed on a front door and a back door and any other door in a house.
