helpful, and the website provides a lot of information about the different mattresses, the layers and how to change the mattress at home. Because we live in Adelaide, we needed to arrange courier ourselves, which the team helped advise us on how to do this, plus all the details/specifications the drivers requested from us. It was such a simple and smooth process. I was worried that it was too good to be true, but the fact the king size cloud with courier from Sydney to Adelaide was under $4000, I thought it was worth the risk as it was still cheaper than buying a decent mattress locally! We have slept on it for a week so far. 6 nights on the 8 I think, and then 1 night on the 7. Every night has been very comfortable, however I think I will leave it on the softer level 7. The bones now over 40 have already woken happier in the back and hip areas. The whole team have been so helpful. Definitely recommend!

Love our new Cloud mattress! The process of buying online was super easy and we received a call shortly after to arrange delivery. It arrived exactly when it was expected and was assembled for us. We’ve been sleeping on it for a couple of months now and, after adjusting it to the firmer setting (which was easy after watching the instructional video), we couldn’t be happier with the support and comfort. We found Ausbeds extremely helpful in choosing the right mattress for us. The delivery process was smooth and the guys even moved our old mattress down into our garage to wait for the next "kerbside pickup" (we live in Brisbane). Comfortable and great value – For the price, this is a quality bed. It’s more comfy than my old Duxiana, which is saying plenty. Being able to wash or replace components clinched it for me. Losing weight, so might need to adjust it to be softer soon! Show details

place to help unbox, install and adjust the mattress within the first few days. I had a bad base as I was waiting for a new one to arrive, so the team provided custom wooden boards that significantly improved the support and have not had a bad sleep since.

Their customer service philosophy goes above and beyond what you'd ever expect - which actually wasn't that surprising after meeting Martin in the showroom for the first time - you just get that impression straight away.

The bed is great – Hard to say early on as my wife is pregnant, however so far we've enjoyed the bed. Finaly a bed that is comfortable and supportive – The service at Ausbeds is next to none! Informative, polite, attentive to our age group (84 & 89 yro). The bed is a delight. My hips were hurting and now I have relief. The interchangeable layers have made it easy to find just the right adjustment for myself and my wife. It’s literally like sleeping on a cloud, I’m so happy! – I work on my feet all day and tend to wake up sore all over but after sleeping on the Cloud for one week my body doesn’t hurt anywhere near as much. Also, my sleep quality has improved, I have zonked out every night and had deeper sleeps. Biggest problem is, I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning haha. Service was 5 star from start to finish too!
