Amazing super comfortable mattress. We got a number 7 firmness, It is soft and you sink into it the right amount, but it’s still supportive! So my hips and shoulder sink in but the rest of me is supported evenly resulting in a straight spine. Best we’ve ever had by a long shot. Love our new Cloud mattress! The process of buying online was super easy and we received a call shortly after to arrange delivery. It arrived exactly when it was expected and was assembled for us. We found Ausbeds extremely helpful in choosing the right mattress for us. I visited the Marrickville showroom, whilst it didn't look like much on the outside, the showroom floor was the perfect space to try out the mattresses. Karl, the owner, was polite and not pushy in the slightest. He explained the different types of mattresses, and let us try them on our own as long as we needed.

Delivery was smooth and effortless, and they set up my new mattress and base, explained how to change the firmness and took all the packaging away.

Kudos to the entire team. Cannot recommend enough!!
