Auspure Premium Digital Air Fryer 5.5L

Really haven’t had enough time since purchasing the air fryer to use it very much but the quality of the unit seems quite good. As this is my first air fryer I am still in the trial and error mode. Much to learn. Show details ·  3

Easy peasy! – Why is this is our 2nd air fryer? I'm an early adopter so bought one a few short years ago. Instructions were beyond my tolerance level but our new Auspure air fryer is easy to use, easy to clean and does a GREAT job every time. Show details ·  1

Valuable addition to the kitchen – This is the third air fryer I have bought from Auspure - one for myself and two as gifts for other family members. It is easy to use and clean and Auspure provide a fast service as well as a 2 year warranty. We regularly use our Auspure air fryer and now can't imagine life without it. Show details ·  1

Great all round air fryer – This airfryer is so easy to use , I love the digital display. It also has a nice modern design, I love the two tone black and silver look. The basket is a good size for our needs, and everything so far has cooked evenly to my liking. I also loved the air fry recipe cookbook. Highly recommend. Show reply

It might be a good machine but experience with customer service was inexcusable – I order the Auspure air fryer 5.5 Litre in June 2023 and it came straight away. It looked like a good machine. I bought it for my wife's birthday in August and waited till she came back from America to try it out. They said to test it first which we did 4 times and it always came up with E1 error message "Open circuit in temperature control" I… Read more

contacted their support and they said to send them a video of us going through the procedure which I felt was unnecessary. The test took 4 minutes and the video was too large to send in an email. We sent them a photo of the error message instead. That was the last I heard from them until September 2023,

I sent numerous emails asking them to contact me to no avail. They had no phone number or a physical address listed to contact them. I gave them an ultimatum to contact me during that week or I would go to my bank with a dispute to recover my $174 . Once again no answer.

I raised the dispute with the bank which is a hassle. I don't know if the bank's action preceded their contact with me or not but Auspure profusely apologised and offered me a new machine or a full refund, I said "refund" which was promptly processed. I have since purchased a Phillips model air fryer. I was beginning to think they were scamming me but I now think they are an OK company who screwed up badly in commucation.

I don't know how good the air fryer might be because it was faulty from day one. It came with a nice recipe book which we kept as they left it to us to dispose of the faulty machine.

Very happy with my air fryer (5.5L) – Used for cooking lamb cutlets, lion chops and rump steak, beef steaks, whole chicken and omelettes so far - once I got the settings sorted it's so consistent and easy to operate and a breeze to clean. Auspure Kitchen Premium Digital Air Fryer 5.5L – It's my first air fryer. Love it, it's so easy to use and clean. It is a no brainer, the operation is very simple. I tried to cook the salmon filet in the fryer and select the "fish" function. The salmon came out perfect, I won't say it's better than the restaurant quality and it's pretty good for home cooking and it's much less effort to clean afterward comparing to normal pan fry. I'm impressed – Only disappointment is that the cover over the lock on the handle is made of brittle plastic that may not have a long life. Apart from that, every is well made, and it is easy to use. Show reply

Update - now seems to work ok. Support team very helpful, thank you – Received Auspure airfryer Thursday 4/5. Unpacked it and set it up Saturday 6/5 only to find that it does not work at all. Changed outlet, re inserted the baskets, nothing. Hugely disappointed. Show details ·  1

All my dreams come true – Fantastic airfryer! Easy to operate! Cooks a variety of meals to perfection. Chicken breast is juicy and fish fillets melt in your mouth. cooked to perfection, steak or hamburgers or perhaps your favourite chocolate cake.. all cooked just the way you prefer .. you’re in charge ! and it’s so easy to clean .. in the dishwasher or by hand I would highly recommend this air fryer without reservation

We are very impressed – It is big enough for a spatchcock chicken. Goes completely in the dishwasher, although it takes quite a bit of space. But also very easy to wash by hand. Chef is getting used to new cooking times after using a smaller Phillips model but no big problem. We recommend. Show reply

Love this air fryer – I read lots of reviews. This one seemed to consistently rate at 5 stars. I find it really easy to use . Press menu button for different preset options. Time up and down buttons. you eat. Wash gently, no need to scrub the non stick coating off. So many recipes on the internet…enjoy.

not happy at all – my opinion it has a bad menu screen layout, it's not worth the money they charge, i would not buy another one i loved kmart 7 litre but non stick fell off
