Aussie Bodies Protein FX Lo Carb Shake

I love this stuff – This is my favourite diet shake. I use the vanilla flavour with skim milk and add a spoon of coffee. Give it a good blend up for an ultra thick satisfying meal. Much better than any other diet shake I've tried.

Great post exercise suppement – This Aussie bodies powder tastes really good, I've had so many different protein powders from other brands that just left a nasty after taste! It's affordable too , which is great when budgeting. I've noticed that this reduces the post exercise hunger pangs if you have it within about an hour of a work out. The ready made Lo Carb shakes that you can get in the shops are also great too for on the go!

Better tasting than the Protein Revival range – I've just noticed these pre-packed shakes sitting next to the Protein Revival range of shakes of the same brand. I'd tried the Protein Revival shake Dutch Choc flavour and it left a nasty taste in my mouth. On the other hand this 250ml drink is quite nice, especially as an iced chocolate - just crush ice, pour the drink and voila! Not sure how good the PCF rates against other drinks, though. 20.1 : 5.4 : 3.4 per 250ml serve, dietary fibre is 11.8g per serve. pre-packed protein shake, no adding powder to water or milk. Not dairy free, lactose intolerant people beware.
