Never sent my odear sent 2 emails no replys doing a charge back scamers been 4 weeks.
DISSAPPOINTING I bought a chicken feeder end July. I received an email confirming this. Since then, I’ve heard nothing. Even after emailing and calling. I didn’t get to speak to anyone. They didn’t answer. I had to leave a message.
Follow-up · After many phone calls and emails, the item was finally delivered. Apparently the delay was due to the wholesaler not supplying the feeder promptly. A message advising this would have been appreciated. Instead, I received no updates until it was in the delivery process. The item itself is good. I have bantams and standard chickens.
Fast and easy delivery, Christine is awesome. Very glad I went with Aussie chook supplies they are wonderful! And loved the egg lollies ❤️ HIGHLY recommend!!

Best Customer Service I've had anywhere – I absolutely love ordering anything from Aussie Chook Supplies because their services top tier and outstanding! I bought Exolt as my girls had got red mites and Christine was so incredibly helpful and has been every single time I've ordered with them. Highly recommend!
DO NOT RECOMMEND – TERRIBLE SERVICE, the lady is incredibly rude, we've had so many issues shopping with Aussie chook supplies.

I’m happy with my Aussie Chook Supplies experience – I’ve used Aussie Chook Supplies to provide products to my exhibition poultry farm since 2014. Christine is one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry, and has access to Avian Vets to assist in creating her own poultry health products. I have no hesitation in recommending her business to anyone requiring product or guidance in keeping their flock healthy.

Excellent – I became a foster mum for a flock of chickens unexpectedly. Not a fan of beaked creatures so had no idea how to make sure the girls were well and healthy. Reached out to Christine. She was amazing. I messaged her many times with what I’m sure were stupid questions. She was always kind with her answers and I’m sure she is why the girls survived me.

Customer service is severely lacking! – Emailed this person, C******e, asking about some medication for my chickens as they were both ill and as she lived very close it was convenient. driving down the road, phone in hand, that I decided to ask why she had not taken the time to reply. Her return email was rude and very sarcastic and telling me I needed a hug. Wow, brilliant customer service C******e! I know now to go elsewhere if I need friendly and quick customer service without the nastiness. I do not recommend this business at all. minus 5 stars!
