Everything needs reworked, everywhere leaking for our new house. They don't even deserve one star. Dale's work is rough, his staffs have no experienced and no heart.
Damaged fence – These guys were doing work on a new build next to our property, they were digging trenches for storm water and there was a tight section about 8 feet long, a slab for a tank, instead of getting of the machine & hand digging that short section, he dragged the machine through the fence!! He had hit the fence a number of times, when he hit this… Read more
particular part of the fence I went out and asked him to be careful & not damage the fence. He yelled & abused me told me to go back inside, and if he damaged the fence he would fix it. The part that annoyed me was the he then got on the phone told his boss that I abused him & told him he didn't do any damage to the fence. The fence is severely damaged, when my husband rang these guys in the afternoon & sent pictures, they continued to accuse me of abuse ( I'm assuming this young jerk was trying to cover his own butt) they told us the fence would be repaired, my husband sent style, size & where the fence was purchased, this was in November, it is now March & nothing. If this is the way they operate they need a good swift kick up the butt, and maybe, people should think twice before using them. Aussie plumbing solutions pty ltd, licence no 254234c 0433287249
Everything needing rework – When I built my full brick house, i purposely picked this most expensive plumber among the five quotations, thinking the old saying "you get what you paid for". In reality, this old saying was not right this time. At the quotation table, we told him that we didn't want piping going across in the middle of ceiling, instead it would need to go… Read more
around the edges of the rooms, so that we would not need to lower the ceiling height. He promised no problem. Prior to the start of the job, we asked him to provide us the mapping to show how the pipes would go, he said OK but kept postponing the date to give it to us, ended up we didn't have it. On the day of the piping, I had to go somewhere, when back, all the piping finished, all pipes went the directly across everywhere. I asked him why he didn't do what we agreed, he said that's the shortest way, he couldn't do any other ways, otherwise too costly.
A number of the sewerage pipes under the ground and on the second floor were posited at the wrong places. In order to drill holes to reconnect the pipes, our concrete slabs were damaged.
All the six vanities, laundry sink and kitchen sink had leaking around taps or joints, some of them had been fixed multiple times. They didn't follow the manufacture's instructions to install taps. All the taps are actually made in Germany, so when they don't know how to install, they just threw away the spares. I ended up had to call manufacture to come to fix the taps, the sink and the toilets.
One of our hot water system (brand new) bursted, the hot water running whole night onto the newly lay concreted side foot path, due to his junior staff inserted too short pipe into the hot water system, majority of the works were done by his junior staffs without any supervision. He seldom came to do the jobs. But his craftsmanship is not much different from his staffs.
My whole house project was delayed due to quality of the work couldn't pass the hydronic engineer's approval, he described it as unprofessional work.
Whenever asking him to come back to fix an issue, it always took over one weeks.
My Franke kitchen sink bent, my laundry sink bent, due to reinstatement.
Rain water and fresh water mixed up.
Even they offered me free service, I would not let them touch my next property.
