difficulty getting any response or assistance.

After numerous attempts to resolve the issue directly, I lodged a complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading and they have not responded to either myself or Fair Trading.

As a result, I will now be proceeding with an application through QCAT to recover the purchase amount.

If anyone has successfully resolved an issue with this business or received a refund, I would be interested to hear how you managed to do so.

0 stars. Terrible purchase - battery lasts about 10 minutes and takes hours to charge. Doesn’t spray even thinned paint. Buy something else!

didn't need it at the time, but I needed to paint my garage in the near future. To cut a long story short, I was spray painting my garage in October, it was the VERY FIRST TIME I used it since I purchased it. The batteries were charged the night before ,so I was ready to go.I started spraying and not long into it, it stopped.I pressed the the spray to resume and stopped again.I timed it and it took 13.63 seconds and stopped again. I can't use it, it keeps on stopping at short intervals. Five emails later did not want to help....Stay away from this company.I only gave it 1 star to get my email processed, I give it NOTHING..I had to go and buy 2 new Batteries to operate the spray gun..

Absolutely garbage, used for 30 minutes even while waiting for batteries to charge I between. The airflow adjuster keeps spinning around so unadjustable. Not a trustworthy company The paint sprayer was not a success. I wanted to spray a picket fence. The battery lasted for 9 pickets then took over an hour to charge. escalated to their internal team to process the requested refund.that was 19th march still no refund. Have since emailed again with no reply. I will not purchase anything else from this company. So much for a Support team.

going to try 12% to see if it speeds up the paint flow. On the plus side the paint finish is good But really half an hour to cover 3 sqm . . . . very poor performance And the batteries run out quickly

Don't buy – DONT BUY WASTE OF MONEY, batteries are crap, mine lasted 5mins, it just made a mess of everything. Straight in the bin it went.

DO NOT BUY! – DO NOT BUY! I wasted my money buying 2 units and 4 batteries. One unit does not work at all and all 4 batteries were dead within 10 minutes of use. The unit that did work did not work well, the paint dribbles out. I have contacted the company to not avail - do yourself a big favour and steer clear of these rip off merchants!

DO NOT BUY FROM AUSSIE RENOVATIONS – Battery only lasts 10 minutes max. Contacted them for a replacement. They can't find details of my purchase. Do NOT buy from these people, they are SCAMMERS.

No refund after returning item – I do not recommend them! Mine didnt work and they never refunded me even though I paid and sent the item back and they received this - they ghosted me after that. No refund!!! Be careful and read trustpilot reviews as well. I don’t know what else to do as I have emailed several times to ask where is my money.

Terrible – Terrible product, doesn’t work, sent back weeks ago and still no refund! I supported a small local company, wish I hadn’t!! Bought 3 of the useless paint sprayer! Would give 0 stars if it let me! Please refund my money seen as you’ve picked up my return item!

Scam do not buy – Scam product. You cannot return it, they give you a fake address which does not exist and it gets sent back to you.

Scam, faulty, don’t buy – Faulty. Splatters everywhere. Battery lasts 3mins tops. Broke after the first use. All these reviews are fake. Look how staged they are. Found same sprayer on Amazon for $60, from china. Complete scam.
