Hi I got a quote of Aussie services to replace a light on the kitchen ceiling two PowerPoint and a light switch and I had the product. They quoted me 800 and something dollars. I thought that was a rip-off. I rang up another company and they quoted me $250 so I think Aussie services is a big rip-off sorry to say.
Big rip offThey charge extremely high fault detection fees and take advantage of urgent situations. After arriving, they ask you to sign off on a quote, and then even simple repairs are priced at excessive rates. You’ll find them easily online under multiple 1800 and 1300 “emergency” numbers, but the pricing does not reflect fair or reasonable service. It feels like they rely on customers’ urgency to fix electrical issues and then present inflated quotes. Please be cautious and make sure you understand all charges before agreeing to any work.

Beware: do not let your wife, mother, or girlfriend deal with this company. They will rip vulnerable people off. * Broken Promises: We only chose them because they promised next-day service, but they failed to show up twice over two days. He finally showed up on the third day after wasting our time. * Predatory Pricing: He quoted $600, but when I refused, he dropped it by more than half on his way out. Three other plumbers quoted the lower price; his original fee was a total ripoff. * Failed Job & Damage: We would never have proceeded, even at the lower price, if we knew he wasn't going to clear the pipe. He used the stink pipe, flooding our yard with raw sewage and leaving a hazardous mess without replacing the cap. * No Accountability: He made every indication he didn't care, stayed on his phone with earbuds in, and ignored my plumbing diagrams. * Blatant Lies: He lied about reaching the road (the sewer is only halfway down the neighbor's drive) and lied about tree roots despite having no trees. * Deceptive Signing: He tricked me into signing his tablet to claim I was "satisfied" despite my vocal complaint
Price gouging bad workmanship – Called them in to fix a power plug shorting fault. He changed a40amp switch to 2 x20 amp switches then said the short was behind the stove so he changed the power point withour plugging in all appliances then left. Saying it was fixed. after he left I replugged in all the appliances and I still had a short which I diagnosed as the water pump. They charged me $1400.00 for changing two power switches and a powerpoint. Asked their plumber to come back and sort it out I waited at home for each of the 3 days they promised to arrive but didnt with various excuses. Eventually a plumber arrived and quoted an additional $3400 to replace the pump. Without even opening the tank to see the problem. Another plumber charged me $1500 all inclusive. Beware of price gouging by these guys I wouldn't recommend them and they've lost a client for life. Decide if you want to be ripped off by these guys.
