I'm just reading some of the negative reviews. My experience has been different. I found the chainsaw excellent. Then I did something silly. I used my compressor to blow away the buildup in the saw, and it blew away a rubber seal which i could not find anywhere. seal in the mail today. I'm very happy with my chainsaw, and the after sale service ( problem of which was not a fault of the saw )
No customer service and no refund when returned within the 30days. They seem to have several email addresses and no follow up after sending photos, the just denied they had received them. It all seems like a scam and I am now at a lost to know… Read more

Follow-up · The product did not work so after complaining I was sent a return number to send back for a refund. I have not received a refund nor any reply to my follow up emails.
Received the wrong product. No communication. Scam. Do not use.
They have zero customer service and no care. I bought their steam cleaner for $145 and it promised the world. I followed the instructions perfectly and it stopped working on the second use and they said it was damaged by me. Are you kidding?? I can't give a no star review but I can try and make sure other people do not buy from their site.

encountered several serious issues:
The mower left my grass uneven, with holes and gaps throughout the lawn. Large sections of grass remained uncut, making my lawn look worse than before.
During use, the mower emitted a strong burning rubber smell. When I checked, I found that the rubber component near the razor had melted, which is not only concerning but potentially hazardous. If I had been mowing dry grass, this could have started a fire.
To make matters worse, the safety glasses provided do not comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1337.1:2010, despite being sold by an Australian company. This raises serious safety concerns.
When I contacted the store, they insisted that all items are tested before being shipped. If that’s the case, this product clearly missed quality control. Additionally, the store does not cover return shipping for faulty items, leaving me to bear the cost of sending back a defective product.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from Aussies Premium Store. The lack of quality control and poor customer service make it not worth the risk.
I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.

and they now ignore my messages. After sales help is atrocious!! Also, you can find the exact same products from multiple eBay sellers for less than half the price!

Ho Hum, why trust Aussie Premium Store – I purchased a small chainsaw and a chain sharpener, a part of sharpener is missing. this sharpener and as it is it is not complete. The instructions are completely unreadable as well...
