I ordered a cat toy for $25 on 8/2/2026. It failed to arrive. I emailed Customer Service 6 times, the few replies I received back said the parcel was lost in the post. or a refund. I asked for a refund. That has been the last time I have heard back from them. Do not purchase anything from this company. It is a total scam. They take your money and you get nothing from them. There is no tracking because they don't send your goods. I gave them zero stars for totally ripping me off.
Do not buy from these people. Bought an Interactive Lick Mat Slow Feeder Enrichment Toy for Dogs. It is miniature in size and isn’t even suitable for a tiny dog, took 3 weeks to arrive and was false advertising Total scam!
Follow-up · This product did not meet my expectations. It is so small it belongs in a childs dolls house and is unusable for my pet.

the shipping as "this was managed by an external company." Nor will they provide the details of the shipping company so I can chase the remaining amount. Have reported to ACCC.

I would give this company a minus 10. I purchased a product advertised for my cat and it arrived faulty. I was in touch with the company and they want me to return it to China at my cost. Seriously. I thought I was buying from Australian company. False advertising.

investigate. All of a sudden it had been shipped and on its way. I requested a refund as it was over three weeks later. They told me no because it had been shipped. It did arrive but way too small and therefore dangerous for thr dog to use so requested refund. Returns to China and must be by tracked post. Or 30% refund and keep the trashy toy. They refuse to return to an Australian address. Total scammers drop shipping from China. Lesson learned. Read the reviews here or on trustpilot before buying anythingfrom this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total waste if money and not advertising honestly!

Scam - ordered 13th February and still not received. Items drop shipped from China - not what they claim to be.
I ordered a flying type bird toy and moving mouse for my cats. The mouse worked for a few times and then failed to move anymore. The bird never worked at all. It's been 6 weeks since I raised these faults and I am still waiting for a refund that I continually get told from the company only takes 5- 10 days to process. Will be lodging complaint with consumer protection.

Follow-up · There was no packaging damage, the item wasn't rechargeable. It got here fast enough but it DID NOT WORK. This could have been the switch, the batteries or the light itself. What I did expect was a replacement or a full refund. Instead I was offered a paltry 40% of the purchase price. Thanks for nothing!!!
Very disappointing experience. My order took three weeks to arrive, and that was only after multiple follow-ups. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised. The bird I ordered only makes a sound — it does not move and does not fly at all, while in their advertisements the toy bird clearly moves and flies. This is misleading and deceptive. I feel completely misled and do not recommend buying these products at all.

for strong chewers. Now that is a real hoot my dog gutted it in 10-15 mins and she is only a Cattle dog/Viszla. As for being an Australian company and from Melbourne, it's from China. Ordered a dog tracker. The quality was pitiful. Took forever to arrive. And then couldnt even use it becuase it didn't even come with english instructions. All they offered was a small refund of $6.00 or send it all the way back to an adress in China.
Site claims to be based in Melbourne, fine print in shipping T&C's is 20-30 days. Products all shipped from China, mine took 27days. Do not buy from this company, product is junk, electric paw trimmer, the cutters are plastic!

The dog coats are not Australian sizes. I purchased a large coat that doesn’t fit my staffy (see attached pic). It wouldn’t even fit a cavaoodle. Very disappointed. As others have mentioned in their reviews - Aussiewoof packages are dispatched internationally, not from Australia.
*Buyer Beware* This company claims to be in Melbourne yet they are nothing but a dodgy drop shipper who simply re-order your order with an overseas company or through companies like Temu. on-selling cheap & inferior products at exorbitant prices. I have been fighting to get a refund but not holding my breath as I all I get is an automatic response stating that my enquiry will be dealt with , within 24 - 48hrs which it isn't & the contact number is also unreachable.
Website states “proudly based in Melbourne” - so why was I charged a foreign transaction fee? And I still haven’t received my order. This is false advertising. They seem to be based in Hong Kong
