Terrible service – Do not buy from them. Terrible customer service and false advertising

I wish i could give a zero – I bought a pair safety glasses not even six month and the frame cracks. I tried to refund they refuse and offered a replacement asking to pay for shipping, than telling me that the frame will not have any lenses in it and i will have to put the lenses in myself, ridiculous. Do yourself a favour and never buy from them. Show details

Poor quality and 7 weeks delivery – Wish I had checked reviews before using this company, based in USA, took 6-7 weeks to post to Australia, despite their site advertising 'fast' delivery. Could not believe the poor quality of glasses, basically unwearable. Thought I would complain and get them to replace, but for the time it would take, would be Christmas before I got them back. Never again.

Not Australian, not fast and not accurate – This is a US company with different names: cheapglasses123 , eleganteyeglasses , discountglasses. My prescription is too high, I require expensive high density glasses. I chose them because they offered very good price.After 4 weeks my order was still "in progress". I received them after more than 2 weeks (part of the time they seemed to be in Customs).

The prescription was all wrong and they were not reading glasses as I ordered.

So far I've sent them two mails, I've called twice and I've tried constantly to connect in their chat and I cannot get any answer.

I'm very upset and I realize there is no way of communicating with them. The reviews you read in their sites, must be fake and I regret I made my choice based on them and the professional look of their site.

Do not be fooled and don't buy anything from them!!

have the colour I selected. As I had picked this specifically for the colour, I was pretty annoyed. I replied saying that if they didn't have the colour, to cancel my order and refund the money spent.

Two days later, no response, my order status hasn't changed. I attempted any means I could to contact them again, including sending more emails and using their online form. Another two days and still nothing. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal over this.
