It's pretty good – I'm only doing the first course at the moment and I will change this review should I go further, but I wanted to do the Food Handling Cert and I find it really interesting. questions of multiple choice. I also found it disturbing that you must never top up food already being held in a bain marie with freshly prepared and wonder if this is even a thing because everywhere you go you see that happen, especially in Chinese takeouts and the places in mall takeouts etc, that is a serious worry. The info on cross contamination is excellent. Some of the exams are confusing, as it will say Ready To Eat meals don't need anything else done to them as they come in their own equipment but then the exam will say you must supply appropriate utensils (I got that question wrong because of their instruction), so be prepared for a couple of those. The admin are good and responsive. Other than that, for the price, an excellent course. Good luck!
