Took $17000 from me no goods delivered- now in receivership – They have taken some $17500 from me for goods not delivered. Then knowing after a receiver had been appointed they still promised me my goods and proceeded further to invoice me for a further $500, promising the goods would be delivered in the next few days. I am now an unsecured creditor and have no goods and the company can still trade, disgusting. Stay away......

Ordered Pool pump cap on 15/6/2022 Still has not arrived – Ordered a new pool pump cap. Delivery was stated 2-5 days. Been 28 days now. Emailed then twice and no reply. Tried calling and call automatically hung up. Not happy as can't put the pump on without the new cap. Show details

Took my money and no goods not delivered – Placed an order with Poolshop 10/6/22. When the order did not arrive I tried to call several times and just get an automated message. I then send a two complaint emails and to date have had no response. Delivery tracking system does not work. Stay clear of this company. Show details

They have taken my money & gone missing – I purchased an Onga hammerhead May 18th, they wrote back a week later saying they wont be able to get the hammerheads in for a month. I said ok I would wait. After one month, I have emailed 5 times and rung 4 times (never got an answer - just their automated messaging). Have not heard a thing from them - no call back, no email, no update. Stay away!!!

Excellent service - Prompt delivery – I ordered a salt chlorinator cell and filter cartridge from Brisbane on Monday morning and goods were delivered the next day. The sale rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was the cheapest I found for the genuine part. I highly recommend this place.

Great service - sales and after sales service – We purchased a Baracuda G2 using their online site. It was the cheapest we found at the time and it arrived in only a couple of days. Through no fault of the shop, a part on the Baracuda snapped after about a month.
