They keep offering money off deals but it doesn't pop up when you order so its easy to miss or its a very limited time frame or a fairly high minimum spend so basically useless. Because I have been using them for over 20 years I am reluctant to discontinue but as I am having to go to the pharmacist to get a number of products I used to get from them I think the time is rapidly approaching when they will no longer meet my needs

Lies and terrible customer service – Three weeks and four phone calls later, I demanded a refund. No order sent, full of made up excuses. The customer service email address on their receipt was not responded to. The phone number on their receipt doesn't work. The company details on my bank statement are inaccurate....the list goes on. Never again and I suggest you don't waste your time or money.

Their communication skills are bad (priorities it seems: money #1, pleasing their customers #10) – Made a mistake ordered a product with ingredients in it I can't have, so immediately logged a message against the order on their site asking to cancel the order. They ignore and ship it anyway. Oh well, I guess I have a product I can't use. I was going to purchase another product from them instead, so they wouldn't have lost out on making money... but now no way, they've lost me as a customer forever (with a bad public review posted to boot)!

Product now changed from screw tops to tab tear thing. Pills now huge – Nearly choked on half a Flexicare Glucosamine and Chondroitin pill. I have been getting them from Australian natural care for about 5 years but lately they started putting pills in these stupid bottles with a tear off bit and a flap lid instead of a screw top. enormous twice the size of the old one. I tried cutting one in half but it caught in my throat and I thought I might die. Last week I had from them plain Glucosamine and had to dump them as they were these huge ones and when I rang was told as I had opened it cant return. Its not possible to see the pills without opening the bottle. Tomorrow I'm going to give them the sack. Sorry after so many good years to see the decline in quality. I was fully satisfied with the normal size pills and screw top bottles. I now cant risk choking with no one here to help me. I wonder what would happen to a frail old person choking on these huge pills. Could they sue the company?

NOT AUSTRALIAN OWNED – I was looking to buy Australian owned products including vitamins, but it doesn't seem possible as Australian Natural Care, Swisse and Vitaco are now all Chinese owned. It seems impossible to buy any vitamins, Vitamin C & Glucosamine in particular that are both sourced from China? Blackmores & Swisse source both these vitamins from China

Australian Natural Care – I am a senior female who has been purchasing for many years however the "new improved " caps are almost impossible to open if you have arthritis in your hands. Will definitely looking for something more user friendly

get the items back. Opened the case to PayPal and got my money back. Thank you very much PayPal- great company, good business. Just wasted my time with the NaturalCare, 10 minutes walk to the nearest Coles and I have as much yogurt as I want.

WON'T SUGGEST BUYING things from them – 1. customers service don't know what they are doing and speak rudely. 2. long dispatching time 3. not until I contact them after 4 days that I knew it wasn't being processed. i think it's a chinese company under australia abn name.

Dangerous additive to products - this company gets minus ratings – I have bought thousands of $$'s worth of products from this company over many years. Great products! – Get up & Go CO Q10 really helped my ME (chronic fatique). The Silica liquid helps with the mucus build up in my nose and chest. Plus my Viking hand curls up if I forget to take my daily desert spoonful. So good...

Products delivered too close to expiry date – I purchase 6 months supply only to discover after delivery that the expiry date is only 3 months. product replacement. Consequently i threw 3 months supply of expired product in the bin. The product wasnt fantastic and coupled to your customer service and attitude you "cant come back from that" from my perspective, bye forever. You need customers = modify your practices and attitude or perish.!

Poor customer service – Made a purchase has been held up (for weeks), customer service is unwilling to assist and said its Aust Post issue - arrogant and would not assist at all, completely underwhelming!

So in the interest of transparency shouldn't the name be changed to Chinese Natural Care? I wonder what that would do for the company's reputation and sales?

Short date expiry – We recently bought three X 300 Grams of Vital Greens 55 plus. The product arrived on 25 July 2017. Expiry date was 18 August 2017. Although they were good when I called about it and were happy for it to be sent back (with a refund once they get it), this product should never have been allowed to leave the warehouse.
