Scam, keep clear!!! – Stay away from Chris Michael. They will get you pay $1850 to sign up to be a sub contractor and never give you any work. If you try to contact them you get ghosted. They do not reply to email or phone messages. I am happy to remove my review if they contact me and give my money back.

APM Solutions Scams! – Scam! Do not pay any money to them for ‘registration’ of future promised work. [Name Removed] will take your money and then ignore your calls and emails. His signature block when emailing us was ‘Senior Resource Manager’, now we’ve discovered from information online that he is actually the CEO and Managing Director’ of this fraudulent company. He changed his signature block to look legit and scam us

Lodging a complaint – We have received similar incompetence results but we are going to lodge a complaint in fair trading. He is selling his business to new owner, who is fresh in the market but he is using one of the old staff. Peter finish in September 2022, if anyone has any complaint, lodge it with fair trading asap to get refunds.

thieves & fraudsters – I wish I had read these reviews before paying my $1800 + gst last October. This company is a sham, Chris Michael is a sham. I haven't received any jobs, can't contact anyone, no one returns my calls or emails. It looks like my money has gone. surely there's someone that can shut this business down. do not give this company anything. BEWARE!!!!!

fraudsters – I paid my money for registration and have been trying to get a refund ever since because they didn't give me anything. Now it looks like they are going broke. Got to enlist a debt collector now.

Avoid Chris Michael at all costs – Chris Michael is nothing but a cheat and a liar. Takes your money and then that's it. You don't hear from him again. Doesn't reply to phone calls or emails. He guaranteed our company work but if we didn't get $30,000 worth of work within 12 months would refund the money we paid him. What an absolute thief. He should not be be allowed to continue to do this. Surely something can be done to stop him

follow soon! When things get wrong, you will sense cover-up takes over. Just like a ostrich hiding head in the sand! Besides, watch out those extremely aggressive, hostile, savage, bouncer-like receptionists you wish you would have never experienced!!! Birds of feature flock together, with that type of receptionists in position, it just may tell you something about the company's style. You have been warned!

Abysmal company – They are absolutely hopeless. They never reply to your emails or questions and don't forward requests to the owners corporation. They give you the incorrect process to follow and don't provide the necessary information. The building is in a state of neglect and there's just nothing we can do about it apparently. Basically just thieves.

Unprofessional Unreliable Incompetent – Not sure how even they got a license to run a strata management company.They mismanage accounts. Don't provide the description of levies at all. No communications. They don't know what they are doing and are not even interested in rectifying their mistakes. Avoid at any cost!!!!!!!!

Disgusting company. Abusive using their power and money, making tenants, agents and owners suffer. Absolutely disgusting – I have experienced something quite terrible as they have pushed their responsibility onto others and made the owner (me) pay for all legal fees that they have incurred due to their incompetency.

extremely rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. A month later and I am still waiting for a resolution or answers to other issues. We are hoping to get rid of them ASAP as they charge ridiculous fees, treat you with contempt and don't address issues that are meant to be what you're paying them for.

Avoid them like the plague – They treat lot owners with utter contempt to hide their incompetence. One so called strata manager in particular is a bully and very aggressive like if this person was paying lot owners not the other way around. Avoid appointing them at any price, if it was up to me I would not touch them with a stick

Save yourself years and years of grief. Do NOT touch this outfit – APM's attitude towards Lot Owners can only be described as utter contempt. They do not respond to correspondence, nor do they work in the interests of all Lot Owners; in fact they set out to set up and penalise Owners who are doing the right thing. They have aided those running a largescale illegal operation in our building and blocked those who have worked to see legislation enforced. Should be deregistered. Stay well away!

Not Competent – Have failed to follow up on matters dating back 6 months. Despite monthly calls. Fail to return contact. Fail to chase up matters which have serious consequences. Including failure to clean up areas which pose a significant fire risk.

APM is owned by Far East – Unbelievable misconducts founded by the owner committee! I live in one of UWS complex. The buidling managers are disrespectful, ignore owner request/need ON PURPOSE. Enough!Enough! Enough! The contract must be terminated immediately. Owners need to fight back!!

Appalling Treatment of Clients – This company is to say the least unprofessional. Their office at Carlingford is poorly maintained, untidy and disorganised. Don't return emails or messages. is increased damage and more expensive work because of the appalling delays. We have had to call the Department of Fair Trading. Mediation was ruled, but this company refused to attend. They play favourites with the owners, only attending to the needs of those who vote them in at the AGM. Avoid them at all cost. Unfortunately, we have no option at present.

interested or concerned about what had happened. They were flatly refusing to refund my money in full, even though I was no longer a Lot owner under their management. After making several phone calls & emails to them, which they chose to ignore, I contacted Dept of Fair Trading & lodged a formal complaint. Only then, did the owner of Australian Property Managers ([name removed]) finally refund my money in full. He made no attempt to even discuss the issue with me at any stage. I would advise anyone thinking of using them to manage their property, to think twice before you do. Look elsewhere.
