Ordered it, got told it would be delivered following week. 2 weeks later hadn’t arrived, had to call and was no urgency whatsoever to help. Very average customer service

Purchased a Frameless Shower Screen Wall to Wall Fixed & Sliding Door from Australian Shower Screens & Wardrobes Bundle and received excellent service from Ollie. . ASW recommended an installer { Simon} who did a marvellous job and I can highly recommend dealing with both ASW and the installer recommended by ASW. Thanks for a great experience from beginning to end.

DISGRACE – STAY AWAY! They took our money and provided false information regarding a waterstop. The information was given by their sales representative, but later in an email, they claimed he wasn’t authorized to do so. After arguments and attempts to take more money from us, they agreed to replace a panel. When it arrived, it was the wrong one. They replaced it again, but the second panel was delivered damaged. Photos clearly showed it was damaged by them.

Now, they refuse to answer calls or emails, and they’re refusing to fix the issue. Instead, they’re demanding more money for a new panel and expect us to collect it ourselves.

No bathroom for 7 weeks – an absolute disgrace. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a fluted glass shower screen (800x2100x10mm). Received an 800x2100mm screen but only 6mm thick (measured accurately myself with callipers, see photo) and with sharp edges and several small chips. Our installer installed the screen without performing a proper check. After a lengthy back-and-forth discussion, the supplier uninstalled the screen and took it back to their office to check. They then claimed (via email) the screen was within 10mm tolerance levels, sending some obscure photos using digital callipers. The supplier is now refusing to refund or change the screen and still has it. I strongly recommend avoiding this supplier. Although the price is good, the product quality and service are extremely disappointing, bordering on deceitful.

 Follow-up  · The original installer just went ahead and installed the screen even though he doubted it was 10mm. The installer who removed it immediately said it was 6mm when he saw it. The supplier stated that he checked it back at his office and maintained that it was within the tolerance levels of a 10mm screen. I checked the screen myself with a gauge, but as you can get 6, 8, and 10mm screens, and the screen was closest to 6mm, I did not check the allowed variance as per the code for a 10mm screen.
