Bought a size 10 kids size t-shirt for my grandson which is too small. Have emailed twice asking about an exchange with no response. I see other reviews cite the same issue both with sizing and replies to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Never had such a poor experience.
Follow-up · My earlier review of this product is unchanged. Probably the worst online purchase experience I have ever had.

They are not Australia based. The t shirt has marks on it. (It was a present) i wrote to them three times, no reply. Don't support them

They have an Australian address on the website but payment processed and delivery is from China. I would not have purchased if this was disclosed. Delivery time was not as stated. Contact re delivery replied with Chinese Courier website that was not correct. Replies were from ‘Thetshirtfactory’. When received the tahirt was too small (Asian sizing). Purchased for an event and due to late delivery it is no longer needed.
Follow-up · That quality of the shirt was fine, just very, very small sizing. Like the xxl would be a 12-14 Aus. No return shipping offered.
