Best finance and novated lease service – This is my second time using Auto Car Finance. Very professional, excellent advice and knowledge on vehicles and taxation woth novated leases. I got great trade in when I started my lease.

Unrivalled customer service – From start to finish just a great company to use for my novated lease. I’ve never been left behind when I’ve had an issue and nothing is ever too much trouble. I’ll miss having these guys handling my novated lease in the future. Very rude and unprofessional! They have just wasted my time! – Very unprofessional. They wasted three weeks of my time and finally refused to provide a service. I reached out to AutoCarFinance for the novated lease as I wanted to purchase a brand new car. I first talked to Cameron as he spent some time explaining my options. It was pretty straightforward as I had purchased my previous car through a novated lease, so it was not about the benefits of a novated lease in general. I just wanted to have a quote to compare with other providers. He shared a couple of quotes with me, and I told him I would get back to him after I reviewed the quotes.

Later I reached out to Cameron via email to make sure I understood their terms and conditions as he advised me to reach out if I had any questions. Most novated lease providers try to make the service better than what truly is by hiding the extra costs, termination conditions, etc. So, I just wanted to be clear about their terms and conditions before making any commitments. I asked a couple of questions, and he responded with some general statements that "we are not like other providers". When I asked if he could articulate the cost of termination, reestablishment, etc. he didn't respond to my email. I followed up a few times and called, and he was simply avoiding my calls. I left a few messages for him with their receptionist, but he didn't return my call.

Today I received an email from him that they are just busy, and he would get back to me with my enquiries in 6 weeks. It's hard to believe that answering two questions about their terms and conditions could take such a long time to respond! I believe he was just trying to convince me to go with another provider just because I was asking some sensitive questions that could reveal their game! Anyway, long story short, I wasted about three weeks and finally decided to go with another provider. I am in a rush to get a new car, so I had to place an order ASAP. He just wasted three weeks of my time.

Fast, prompt and friendly service - HIGHLY recommended – I've used Autocar for the previous 4 vehicles and each time Cam, Geena and the team of Autocar Finance have pulled through. Would definitely use again, no question I've referred many people to their services and they haven't let me down. They are just a phone call away from solving all types of issues and their friendly service and excellent communication always leaves me feeling confident.

Very customer focused with excellent service – Cam and Geena were absolutely fantastic with helping me obtain finance to salary sacrifice a vehicle. I came to them with some very unique circumstances as I had not worked as a professional engineer for 5 years. They took a lot of care with submitting my application to the financiers so that it didn't negatively affect my credit rating and did their best in trying to get all the paperwork submitted prior to xmas.

Very friendly, personable, they tell it as it is and keep you informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
