Jeff I think it was? Blonde dude who had sunnies that made him look like a teen John Connor out of T1. I think he came from the brendale store since I’m located north of Brisbane. Had to put my faith in him to hook up my old VIOFO dash cam, which still works just fine. He did a great job. I finally figured out the password reset and it’s as good as ever. Fantastic service, extremely friendly. Phoned last Thursday, dashcam fixed Monday. No question to hard for the installer and took the time to make sure I was happy before he left. Highly recommend this company. Show details

attempt to call Autoxtreme. I called A/xt for the 5 time and spoke to ......... told her my issues and that I wasn't happy :( she arranged for Jesse to come to my home all was fixed with in 5 mins.
Follow-up · The camera was replaced (for the third time) and has been working since. Not sure what the problem was, but thanks to Jess (the installer) I am happy.

other faults were found as expected. Since the car is fairly new. I had to replace a perfectly good battery because of this. Poor service and no proper fix despite the product being under warranty. It’s been nothing but a nightmare! Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere.
Follow-up · Following up... -Yes, I disconnected the dash cam to avoid the same issue from happening again. Very poor attention to detail bad comunication – This my experience of autoxtreme they replaced a dash cam under warranty for a way lesser model the original model was the 750pro G 2K and they replaced it with a 180P camera. Communication from this company is terrible took a day of work gave me a time and the showed up at 4:30PM. Poor installation & support – Rear Sensors were installed (by Autoextreme) too high on my new Subaru XV. Outback 10 years earlier which worked fine they are 18cm higher on the XV, so as a result a reasonable product is rendered almost useless.
Initial response from the company took 2 weeks to get a reply. Over time 2 Autoextreme installers have tried to improve the performance of the sensors but the height remains the problem. Compared to a random pick of 4 similar size vehicles the sensors on my XV are an average of 17cm higher. Autoextreme does not appear to care.

was efficient and without any issues. The appointment for the installation was met in a timely manner and the job was completed neatly and professionally. I recommend this service.
