Frauds – This company is a fraud. They don’t supply the product. Charge you twice and promise refund which never comes. They will not reply to any messages on Facebook or instagram or email.

Avalon fraud – Bought a saree from them, was told that I will receive it in 15 days. It's been 7 weeks already. They have even stopped replying on whatsapp and never replied to any emails. Not recommended at all. If you are thinking of buying with them, please don't.

Think twice before you order – Ordered sari in February. Paid in full .Never received sari or refund as promised

Being Cheated – Omg.. please stop buying from avalon. They are bad company. They will promise you but you will never receive the product. They trying to get money and never deliver. We have to make a complaint against this company. Not delivering product after receiving the money.

FRAUD – Don’t order it, they will never deliver it. They have not delivered my product yet and they have stopped responding me

Online scam – It is a scam. Don’t get tempted to purchase. Have purchased from them back in 2013 and outfit was perfect and no issues. So I ignored the negative reviews. They stop responding once you purchase.

Surely their would such lengthy delay to clear a saree from custom. Since then I have sent them email and Watsapp message for a refund but no response. I have even tried to get in touch with then through PayPal and they still haven’t responded. What a shame. They keep posting advert on Facebook to lure people in a trap. Avalon sarees online is a scam. People think twice before you order anything. You’ll keep waiting for you product and nothing will ever come.

Cheap material – I ordered a Saree recently and received completely different material and half of the stitch was coming out... after asking for refund through PayPal they asked their product to be shipped back at my own cost, which costed me $63 nzd... nothing been done do far....very very disappointing...this was my first buy from this terrible company but in real they are thieves and cheaters stealing money from their customers... Dishonest & Cheaters – Purchased in Jan' 17 for an event in March, it's August now & I still have not received my item. Rang many times to their Malaysian store & they kept saying they don't look after online orders. Messaged so many time, but no answer. Paid $360NZD for it. Do not purchase from these people.

Very disappointed – Got a suit from this guys and they took for ever to send. When i got the suit they send me something totally different then what i ordered. Call so many times they just hangup. Also emailed them no respond. Very poor customer service like i don't get it how can you just send something totally different. Would never recommend anyone to shop from this site.

Disappointed – I recently spent around aud360 to purchase a lehenga that i thought was as seen on picture but was just a cheap replica that others are selling for $50. Quality is terrible. Thet said blouse would be same but it was not. 2 grand dupattas but only 1 delivered! All cheap qualities! Plus it took them 40 days to deliver, they promised 10 days! Utterly disgusted by this shopping experience!

price that they charged! I've never dealt with such morons before! They didn't even bother to reply.. A refund seems to be almost impossible.. I feel cheated. I've reported the Company to the Consumer Authority. Don't buy from these fraudsters. Bloody thieves.

The worse online fashion shop ever – Purchased clothes online; didn't received item after 6weeks lodged a claim with paypal. Then received wrong item. Returned product; it's been 50 days since, still haven't received a refund. Emailed seller 10 times, no respond. I've lost my $250. Definitely discourage anyone from buying anything from Avalon Sarees
